CHAPTER 13: A REUNION.
Logan looked at the huge building in front of him and couldn't help but be excited, the building was bigger than his former one, it wasn't placed on the hill unlike his former's school.
They all slowly got down and walked to the door which had a circle in it.
Silvia walked closer to it and her fist was filled with flames as she hit the circle and the door flew open.
She smiled to herself proudly as the flame died down.
"Just like what Finn had done" Logan thought as he walked into the building to be blinded by flashing lights.
"The emerald family is here" A reporter said as he stood up and started to snap pictures.
"Miss Silvia please look here" A reporter said as Silvia swept her hair up cockily
"Leo look over here."
The reporters kept gathering over them not even noticing Logan who had passed them.
Leo also slipped pass them as Silvia continued to enjoy the spotlight and the attention.
"Its over here" Leo said as he pointed at a brown door that had a circle in it.
Leo turned to Logan a little embarrassed "I don't know how to use my powers well and my punches are weak can you do it"
Logan nodded smiling he had always wanted to know if he could do it, Logan came closer to the door and just to make sure he didn't embarrass himself he activated adrenaline rush.
Logan drew his fist back then sent it flying.
*Boom*
The door opened wide and fast almost as fast as Silvia's own.
The several students that were already inside turned their heads to see who had just made a flashy entrance.
"Dude did you see that? How could it open so fast?" One of the students asked
"I know right, I had to punch at least fifteen times before it could open even slightly and even then, I squeezed myself in." Another student answered.
All eyes were on Logan and Leo.
"Isn't that Leo from the emerald family?" A student asked. "Was he the one who opened the door so easily"
"I don't think so besides haven't you heard he can't use his family's ability."
Logan and Leo passed the mummering students and went to the back, the place they were currently in was a big field with green grass.
As Logan and Leo went to the back, they saw a girl who looked like Leo's age she stood there her eyes red from crying and she was just staring at the floor not even noticing Logan and Leo were right beside her.
Logan looked at the girl "Why does she look so familiar"
"Hey are you okay?" Leo asked which startled the girl. She looked up at Leo and then looked back at the floor.
*Boom*
The door flew open fast and wide as a great wind blew. Silvia walked in and ran towards Leo and Logan.
"How many monsters will arrive in one day" The students muttered, they dared not to say it out loud.
Silvia put her hands on her hip annoyed "There you guys are, I was looking all over the place for you"
"We just didn't want to disturb you" Leo answered.
Silvia then looked at the girl "Aren't you from th-
Before Silvia could continue the door started to open slowly until it reached the stop.
A man walked in smiling, he had silver hair and silver eyes.
"Is that our teacher?"
"I think so but did you see how slow the door opened it was the same as mine"
"Is he weak"
Silvia crossed her arms "Did they bring us a weak commander as a teacher"
Logan turned to Silvia "Weak?"
"Yeah his weak didn't you see how slow the door opened through his punch" Silvia answered annoyed.
"I thought you would have noticed it but I guess you didn't"
Silvia raised an eyebrow "What didn't I notice"
"There was no sound of him hitting the door" The girl and Logan replied. Logan turned to the girl.
"The way she speaks is so familiar" Logan thought to himself.
"Then how did he open it, it can only be opened by a strong attack, that's how you can know if someone is worthy to join"
Logan shrugged.
The man was now at the front of all the students he was still smiling. The students could now see him clearly and they started to get excited.
"That's Lucian part of the top 10 commanders in the army" A student shouted excitedly.
Leo eyes sparkled with excitement even the girl looked interested but soon she looked back to the floor sad.
"Who's Lucian?" Logan asked a little bit too loudly. All eyes were now on Logan again.
Even Silvia and Leo felt embarrassed for Logan.
"Have you been living under a rock" The girl asked Logan.
Logan shrugged which just caused the rest of the students to look at him more intensely their stares were broken by Lucian's chuckle.
"My name is Lucian for those of you who don't know me" He said smiling as he looked at Logan
He then turned his gaze to the students
"The fact you managed to open the door means you have potential but trust me when I say this some of you may not last here" Lucian started his frightening speech.
The students remained silent as all eyes were now on Lucian.
"I will give you a quick brief of what we're dealing with, all of you know should know that they are called the illuminati" Lucian then paused letting it sink in the students.
"They consist of vampire, werewolf, Zombie, Angel, Devil, Fallen angels, Aliens, Witches, skin walkers and maybe more."
As Lucian continued to speak a student suddenly ran out of the open door then ten more followed him.
Lucian sighed "I knew this may happen"
Lucian then looked at the remaining 200 students.
"They were discovered by a reporter named Ray William, that's why the military has a close relationship with reporters. There is one race that we use to get stronger and those are the aliens, they have a special crystalized hearth that we use to make our weapons" Lucian said as he raised up his hand to reveal a blue diagonal crystal.
The crystal seemed to have a special glow that pulled the students closer to it.
Lucian smiled and put I back in his pocket he then slammed his hand on his chest and shouted "THE NIGHT HAS COME; THE ILLUMINATI ARE THE VILIAN WE ARE THE HERO'S"
This action had made the students to feel something burning inside them, they then placed their hand on their chest and shouted "THE NIGHT HAS COME; THE ILLUMINATI ARE THE VILIAN WE ARE THE HERO'S"
Lucian smiled.
"That's enough introductory about the military for today how about we introduced ourselves to each other"
Lucian looked around and then pointed to the girl near Logan who looked like she had given up on life.
She slowly woke up not really interested.
"My name is Layla Burner"
Silvia shook her head "A suicidal maniac" Silvia hear someone's faint breathing she turned around and looked at Logan.
Logan held his chest as his hearth pounded vigorously and he only took few breaths.
"I-I-It can't be i- is she M- MILO AND TESS sister"
