Sol re–immersed himself into his body, searching for methaphorical black hole his vitality was disappearing into.
Inch by inch he searched his body from head to toe looking for the spot with no energy, but as Sol was halfway through searching his body, he had a realisation.
"Won't this be faster if I search the same spots where Maruim hit me?"
Earlier Maruim hit Sol in specific parts of his body, causing his vitality to sleep out so it was only logical to search those exact spots where Maruim had hit him.
Enlightened, Sol zoomed his perception on the spots.
Coincidentally or not the spots he zoomed in on were all places which had a large amount of nerve growth and intersections of major blood vessels.
'This kinda makes sense,The blood stream is the transportation system of the body so if something is wrong with it, it's reasonable the 'vitality' of the body would reduce."
"But that doesn't explain where the vitality goes when it reduces, could it be really seeping into the air?"
"Sigh ~ Why am I trying to use normal logic in this fantasy world? I've seen flesh and blood turn into Jade before my eyes, trying to make sense of this world is like using a ruler to measure a whale."
Sol went back to look at those black holes of vitality.
Once he took a second look at the bundle of nerves and blood vessels he noticed the positios of the different bundles of nerves traced a certain pattern, Almost like the tree of life, with the main branches being the bundles of nerves with many supporting branches that spread throughout the using the main ones as a framework .
"If you look at it that way then it resembled the 'acupuncture point' described in the martial arts book."
"Hmm ~ I wonder why that is…"
The acupoints were described as certain frameworks in the body, from which vitality strengthened the body.
"Judging by the definition of an acupoint and my current state, I guess I'm supposed to stop my escaping vitality by attuning my acupoints to strengthen my body using the escaping vitality instead of just letting it go."
Sol theoriezed.
"Enough thinking, more doing " Sol scolded himself, it already a few hours till sunrise."
Sol concentrated his perspective on the parts of his body that Maruim had hit him earlier.
Now what was he supposed to do?
Sol's mind exploded, countless thoughts colliding on how to fix his acupoints, after a short while of brainstorming Sol determined the only possible solution,
Which was…telekinesis or some form of it that could interfere inside his body and fix his acupoints.
Now normally Sol's mind would have crossed a thought like thar but something Maruim said earlier caught his attention;
'The only other option was to directly take control of your life force and restore balance to your body — Only children who are spiritually gifted can use this method.'
The spiritually gifted bit gave him a hint as to what was to what the key could be.
'Sigh ~ why didn't Maruim just explain this to me?' Sol's imaginary eyes narrowed with suspicion.
"Well anyways I'm at the final step, so it doesn't matter"
The final step, restoring balance to the body.
Sol took a second to calm his tense mind.
No pressure, No urgency, No emotions, No desires Just him and the present.
Phooooo
Air escaped Sol's lungs as he took a deep breath out.
He had restored his lungs acupoint.
Boom
Next a violent heartbeat threated to burst open his ribcage.
His heart acupoint had been restarted
fingers twitched and blood–shot eyes flung open,
Sol garvento was back alive! He had succeeded in becoming a warrior.
'Step one to immortality acheived'
Sol remarked internally, his lips slightly parted and his eyes gleaming with a mix of anticipation, and curiosity.
After a while of being dazed, Sol got to stretching and popping his joints and bones gett rid of the Stillness in them.
"Yawn ~ I'm…so…tired, hungry"
His muscles felt like heavy lead, all he wanted to do was eat and drop down on the floor, but he had to eat first or he wasn't sure if he would die of starvation.
Sol stumbled to the store room at the back of the smithy looking for the basket he brought with him.
He dipped his hand inside the basket, bringing out the remaining bunny meat he did not sell.
"I know this is raw but…food is food."
Sol tossed the morsel of meat into his mouth and gulped it down at once with no struggles, the ascention to a warrior gave him an amazing control over his body that made him able to manipulate his body in impossible ways; such as swallowing a piece of meat two palms wide.
Grrr
Sol stomach growled out loud as he slowly laid on the ground, he was going to sleep now that there was nothing stopping him.

Sol
Sol…
In the foggy depths of Sol's consciousness, a faint voice incessantly tugged the end of Sol's mind.
SOL!!!
"Heugh ~"
Sol abruptly woke up to the light glare of the dull morning sun.
"What was that dream?"
He tried to recalled the contents of the dream as he cleaned his sleepy eyes.
"How strange there's nothing there, It's as if I didn't dream at all." Sol's eyes squinted in suspicion.
"Hah ~ Whatever it's probably one of those dreams."
He assured himself, it wasn't special for one to have a
dream but not remember it.
Sol got up and walked out of the storeroom expecting Maruim to already be there, since the sun had already risen.
But when he got into the smithy Maruim wasn't there.
'Since he's not here what am I supposed to do?'
Sol glanced around the room with a dull gaze spotting the puddle of blood he had spit out yesterday, soaking halfway through the wooden floor.
Sol ignored that and moved his gaze to the smithy table,
On the table the martial arts book he had purchased earlier lay wide open.
'Might as well read it again.'
