Since the pendant held the key to many secrets yet to be revealed, Cherry decided it was best to keep it hidden until she understood its true significance.
"I should hide it somewhere safe until I figure out what it's all about," she thought.
She went to Amy's room, found an old wooden box, and placed the pendant inside. After locking the box securely, she tucked it away in the closet, hoping it would stay out of sight for the time being.
