"Please ask Amy to move the files to room B47. We have investors coming in this afternoon, and I want everything to go smoothly. I need you to oversee all arrangements from this morning until the evening."
"Got it, ma'am."
"Also, please inform Frank that he will no longer be working with us. His behavior at the meeting was unacceptable, and I can't tolerate that kind of conduct. Make sure to give his partner a heads-up; if something like this happens again, there will be serious consequences." I spoke with clarity and authority over the phone.
"Yes, ma'am... Is there anything else I should take care of?" my assistant asked.
