Sici thought she wasn't scared of death. At least, not after getting stabbed and left alone in an alley to slowly meet her demise.
But the pain Melina let her feel willingly last time was enough to bring her fear for death back.
"As if I had any other choice but to work for her, she had to go and make me feel that," Sici felt shivers down her spine just trying to remember the incident.
Because of such poor state of the body, Sici couldn't leave her room for two days. She attempted to stand and work around the room alone to quickly recover her strength while cursing everything and everyone she could think off.
Now here she was, staring at the screen in front of her while sitting in the leisure room for afternoon tea time.

She continues to regret as time is slowly clocking away and she hasn't been able to think of anything related to Milena's death.
Even if the time was wasted being inside, she still made use of information she had on her along with some memories obtained through dreaming, carefully considering how to treat the family members.
"Luke isn't even related to you by blood and you still continued to silently take in whatever insults he threw at you?" She starts talking as if Melina's listening to her every word.
She had nothing better to do at this point so might as well just rant her frustration and annoy Melina while she's at it.
"He's not even qualified to take over the Marquess title," she scoffs in annoyance, "And you fucking let him talk to you like that?"
Of course, there's no response from her.
"Just don't expect that from me," Sici mutters, trying the new cookies brought for her today.
Melina was the oldest daughter in this household. Melina and Luke didn't have much of a age difference, just apart by 2 years. They had no blood relation to each other.
Her father remarried so she had no choice but to try to adjust with two more people that she had no connection with. Eventually, choosing to remain silent to whatever they did to her, may it be physically or verbally, she went along with it, giving the two dominance over her.
Melina had another sibling, half-blood related. The name was Leisha.
Sici only knew the name but never got to meet Leisha in the game before.
She always wondered how cute would Melina's sister be since Melina's beauty was no joke.
However, she felt worried since she also wanted to see Luke's visual as well. Though it was more than what she would have thought of, she was still disappointed by his personality.
She didn't think the descriptions she read about him before would be this accurate and Leisha's description felt weird to her.
Why would a girl hate dresses so much?
She didn't bother thinking much into it, just remained curious to find the answer to it.

She doesn't bother looking at it since the lines just ring inside her head now, which is both convenient and annoying depending on what she's doing.
"Then you shouldn't lecture me on how I decide to do it!" She thought.
Talking out loud did help get some frustration out but it also wasted her precious energy that this body lacked.
[ Don't bother adding fuel to the fire ]
"What if It's not a fire? He's all bark and no bite, seeing how things turned out that day. I'm not one to sit around and be treated like trash either."
A knock on the door allows her to compose herself.
A gentle voice calls out, "May I come in?"
Sici coughs to clear out her throat, "Yes, you may."
The door slightly creaks open, poking out his sapphire blue hair. The child cutely takes a peak before entering the room. Sici's heart is won by the cuteness she just saw, "Leisha?"
Hearing his name, Leisha gets startled, "Y-yes, sister?"
Seeing how she guessed correctly, she's in silent awe. If she could, she would give him kisses and a tight hug. His cuteness was making her oxytocin level rise.
She makes inviting gestures with her hand, careful not to over do it like a child. Leisha goes over and takes a seat.
"Did you have anything to eat yet?" Sici knew she wasn't acting how Melina would but still who cares, she's the one in charge now anyway.
Leisha shakes his head.
"Take this then," she offers her cup of tea to him since she hadn't taken a sip of it yet, "It's freshly made. I have already eaten so don't worry about me."
Leisha was hesitant but he didn't dare to refuse his sister's kind gestures. He obediently takes the cup of tea.
She nudges the plate of cookies towards him.
Sici liked how cute he was, making her curious about his clothing.
"I'm convinced, it's a waste that she isn't fond of dresses," she pondered on how to approach this topic with Leisha since she clearly knew he wouldn't like it.
"Can I see Leisha's character profile?" She thought and the system window opened per her request.

Sici's eyes widen, making Leisha confused, "Is something wrong, sister?"
She starts to feel awkward, "Oh, nothing.."
He starts to worry, "Really?"
She pats his head as her response of reassuring him, "How was your day?"
His eyes light up a little, "Great! I almost beat Ray today. Everyone was so shocked."
Sici chuckles seeing his enthusiasm, "Really now? Sure he wasn't going easy on you?"
"Uh nope. He even praised me about how much I've improved!"
"And you will keep on improving."
"Will you come by and see-" he doesn't finish his sentence as he realizes something and looks down.
Sici tries to guess that he must be worried about Melina's health, "Sure, why not?"
His mood brightens up again. He shows a warm smile, "Thank you, sister!"
Leisha looks at the time, "I shall take my leave now, sister."
He stands up feeling disappointed that the time flew by. It's been a long time since he got to spend time with her.
Seeing him leave she halts him for awhile, "Join me for tea time again, Leisha"
Hearing her words, Leisha gives a nod and leaves the room feeling ecstatic.
Sici smiles, "Never knew having a younger sibling would be nice."
"Though it's temporary."
She doesn't feel sad for long as she starts to feel embarrassed for thinking of him as a girl.
"I sure need to have a chat with the person that decided on his name."
