"Tonight is officially my best night ever!!" I said drowsily while Jake carried me to the room.
After our dance, I got into a drinking game with Arlene against Jake's warnings. I knew I was in for a long thing too the moment I agreed to go against her.
Arlene is a drink machine, she doesn't really have a high tolerance for alcohol but she doesn't turn down a glass. I've never seen her do so. But then, if she is bad then I'm worse.
I only did three shots before I became tipsy and started talking gibberish. Jake had to take me from there to avoid embarrassing myself further. Amanda took my place and I was so shocked to see her going hard against Arlene. They both were operating on the same frequency. I wish I was getting wasted, I would have loved to see more of them… but then, Jake just had to take me away from there. I was starting to misbehave.
"Hey, handsome, have you seen my husband?" I let out playfully while pulling Jake back to myself.
