Who am I without love, who am I without the people who call me friends, I wonder to myself every day if this was going to end, this feeling I have been having. Will I be alone, will I find the truths in myself will I be able to handle it, the feeling of letting go?
The dark streets were lit up, by the lights of the city. There was a silent but chill feeling around the streets and the paths of many, the moon was crescent and shallow, and the wind was calm. All the birds were asleep, you could hear only a few cars and people who walked and drove around the city of darkness and light. The feeling was calm, the drunks were parading and batting around the few who wished to go home.
Some wondered what this quiet feeling was, was it the city and the people or was it the darkness that held down the people who fell to their beds and cars and homes? Under the city street, there lived a boy who walked with his brother and his sister.
That's what the boy felt, he felt like there were his family and that was all he needed.
…
Ash walked down the path he had known since he was a little child. The street was silent and calm, he thought, in front of him were Aurora and Jordan who both walked holding their bikes beside them, just like him. They decided to stop cycling on the street because of how dark it was getting.
Ash has always loved the feeling of silence he feels calm and at peace, some times he walks a little slower just to not hear his footsteps, as if he is hovering off the ground and still walking, somehow.
"Come forward Ash, help me on this conversions were talking about football, and this bum thinks Mac is the best player…" Aroura said.
"What are you on about, HE is… right Ash" Jordan looked for help with his assumption.
Ash looked at them both for some reason he started to laugh.
"Ha ha ha… Jordan I can't say he's a bad player but the best?" Ash said wiping off the tears he had from laughing.
"What's so funny…" Jordan was a little pissed off.
"Nothing just…you both are funny," Ash said trying to cover his smile.
"Oo really," Aurora said not having it when he didn't back him up.
"You want to see something funny…Aaa" Jordan said going in for a tackle onto Ash.
Ash and Jordan went back and forth until both of them fell, soon you could hear laughter down the city street, two boys and a girl having fun.
