After I blacked out after getting sent towards the planet, I finally regained consciousness. but it slowly dawned on me that I could feel sensations again.
As I realized this fact my excitement grew, but just as quickly that feeling was doused by the reality I was currently undergoing.
"rue, de jaw peask"
I heard some foreign language I could not understand a single word of, but I ignored it. I tried to groan because of the brightness of the room I was currently in, but my groan sounded more like a coo from a child than that of my adult body.
"pae de ra ve harg"
the strange words from a language I did not understand started again, and for some reason, my body was overcome with a sudden rush of fatigue and my mind drifted into the abyss of unconsciousness.
------
when I finally woke back up I realized I could open my eyes, although my eyes took a minute to adjust to the light, it was not as bad as before. this time I was able to look around where I was and I saw that I was in a house.
although the house did not look as a conventional house would look in my world. There were lights, but instead of them having lightbulbs or something that ran on electricity, they seemed to be floating in the air.
I was not sure if it was connected to a string or a very thin wire, but I chose to ignore it.
When I first woke up I realized I couldn't control any of my movements, and I soon learned why.
'Of course'
I said sighing to myself
It should have been obvious when I first woke up, but I'm not sure if I subconsciously ignored the possibility of being transmigrated into the body of a child.
Since I now knew what was happening, and I couldn't move I had to plan what to do.
I decided once I could 'move' or crawl in better words I would try to start figuring out how to speak this world's language.
I knew I could not understand this world's language based on the person speaking when I first woke up here.
As I was thinking I didn't notice a woman watching me from around the corner of the door with a smile on her face, I only did notice her when she started walking towards me and started talking to me in a language I didn't understand.
"Ze jop vo grond 'adler'."
When I heard Adler it was spoken differently than the other words I have heard. the tone of the lady, 'most likely my mother' said it was hard to describe, but I understood that it must be my name or my nickname.
While my supposed mother doted on me as any other parent would do to their newborn baby, I was trying to piece together the words she had spoken, to see if I could figure out what they meant.
I didn't have much luck, but I knew it was only a matter of time before I figured it out.

A few days passed in a blink, and I noticed that this world was a fantasy world, i could see little cyan specks floating in the air, and every time I inhaled a strand, or it came in contact with me I could feel my body being filled with something bit by bit.
I could feel something in my bones, it was as if they were growing stronger and denser the more particles I consumed.
But after doing this for a few minutes my whole body started to ache, it started mild but it transformed into a burning pain.
'Agh'
I groaned as I stopped absorbing the mana and the pain eventually stopped, but it took some time.
Thinking about what happened I realized that I probably shouldn't even be able to absorb mana in this toddler-like body of my yet.
Not long later my body eventually gave in to the fatigue that had been growing ever since I had woken up. And I eventually drifted off into sleep.
——————-
It has been a few months since I first woke up in this world and I've figured a few things out,
First of all people in this world can use spells and body enhancements.
I've got a rudimentary understanding of the language but it will probably take a year or two for me to become fluent in it. Which is perfect since that is when babies usually start talking.
I've also learned the names of my parents, my mother's name is Ruth and my father's is James. Although the names are generic I've learned that my parents themselves are not.
Although they are not very important to the kingdom we live in, they are from a branch family of royalty. Since we do have royal blood in our veins even if it is faint, we are treated better than the normal common folk.
The kingdom we live in is on the smaller end, but it used to be one of the biggest kingdoms on the continent. The name of it was Roxmand.
The only reason I know this is because I've heard it through traveling merchants while my mother would go shopping with me.
My father was an adventurer who could be considered to be well-known, and apparently, he is quite strong.

A bit over 2 years pass by
———————-
I'm getting close to my 3rd birthday, and I can speak the language pretty well, I tried reading a book but to my dismay, I couldn't read it.
My father is not gone all the time, but he does have to leave for weeks to adventure. And although adventuring is dangerous, it is one of the most well-paying occupations possible.
The money system in this world is pretty easy to understand
It goes copper-silver-gold-platnum. And every 100 it goes up to the next tier, so 100 coppers would be 1 silver and it repeats with the rest.
