Straw hats vs Alvida pirates
Nami had never used any type of flag on her ships. Obviously since they had just recently started their journey they hadn't gotten time to design their Jolly Roger.
So currently the ship containing the three of the strongest people of the east blue was looking like an ordinary ship.
So the canon fodder number one from the Alvida pirates mistook the ship as an ordinary ship.
With a voice that would make a crow look like a great singer, the pirate shouted on top of his lungs.
"A ship ahead ! It doesn't have any flag !"
A slim woman with an elegant face and curly black hair, got up from the beach chair. She was wearing a black bikini top along with full denim pants. She had a pirate cap on her head along with an oversized cape. The outfit and the look was that of a typical pirate. The woman was none other than Iron club Alvida with a staggering bounty of thirteen million berries. There were several reasons for her double digit bounty, especially in East blue where double digit bounties can be counted in fingers.
First of all she was the user of slip slip devil fruit. That means she could make any physical attack slip through her body. It makes her a genuine threat comparable to logia devil fruit users in East blue where only a single person knows how to use haki.
Secondly, Alvida was notorious for torturing and killing beautiful women because she wanted to be the most beautiful of them all. Due to these reasons, Alvida had gotten a double digit bounty on her head.
"What are you maggots waiting for ? Move your asses ! Didn't you hear him !" Alvida barked orders as she moved towards the rudder in order to steer the ship.
"Do you fools want to get a taste of my iron club again ? Start singing as you move your lazy asses ! You idiots ! The people should know by whom they are going to be killed !" Alvida barked again angry at her crew.
On the other hand Nami saw the pirate crew heading directly towards their ship. Looking at their Jolly Roger, Nami realized that it was the ship of Alvida pirates. Of course she was aware about Alvida and the threat she posed. She knew that without the color of armament, it will be very difficult to deal with the woman but she was not completely helpless. There were a lot of ways to deal with the woman.
"Another pirate ship is here !" Nami decided to inform the boys before she signaled Blue to take off.
Not a moment after that a completely fine Luffy shot out of cabin excitedly.
"Yohooooo ! Our first pirate fight is here !" Luffy said with stars in his eyes. Seeing his behavior Nami shook her head.
'Am I imagining it or the Luffy here is really more childish than the Luffy in the canon ?' Nami asked herself as she went towards the cabin to bring her weapons. She was strong, but just in case Luffy fails to deal with Alvida's devil fruit power, she needed her sea stone bullets and staff to deal with her. But as she had taken her 3rd step towards the cabin a voice rang out in the air.
"Gomu Gomu no….."
'Fuck me sideways !'
Nami almost screamed in frustration when she heard Luffy saying Gomu Gomu no. If she didn't have a 6th sense, then she awakened it exactly at that moment and screamed at her that something terrible was going to happen. But what could she do to stop that hunk of a captain ? She was just a poor, helpless navigator of the ship.
"...Rocket !"
When Luffy left the ship, the impact almost flipped it. The ship they were on might be a caravel, but it was a lightweight ship that was designed to be controlled by a single person. Since Nami had excellent navigational skills, she never had to worry about unexpected weather especially in the east blue. So the ship was designed to be lightweight ignoring the design and other safety aspects.
Luffy, who was obviously very bad at controlling his own strength, almost flipped the ship.
"Fuck !" Nami cursed out loud as she jumped up and caught the ropes attached to the sails in order to forcefully turn the mast and save the ship. Due to her experience in sailing, she managed to make the ship stay right again.
But why this time, Alvida's ship had already come to a halt a little away from their own ship. Zoro, clutching his head, came out of the cabin while Nami turned to look at Luffy having a conversation with Alvida.
…
"Die !" Alvida swung his iron club at Luffy's head.
The conversation was nothing fancy. Luffy being Luffy declared his presence with his iconic 'I am gonna be the king of the pirates' line, as soon as he landed on the ship. Of course he didn't control his landing and ended up destroying one of the two masts of Alvida's ship. So Alvida was not in a good mood. And Luffy's fearless attitude and broad smile irritated her even more.
The result was obvious. The iron club impacted Luffy's head without harming him a little. Alvida was truly angry. So she had put a considerable amount of strength into that attack. But Luffy being made of rubber, deflected the attack with double the force.
Alvida was not ready to face her own attack. So she couldn't activate her devil fruit powers in time.
*Bang !*
As a result, she got knocked out by her own attack.
*Thud*
As Alvida's body fell on the floor while stars appeared around her head, Luffy started laughing and rolling on the deck. The sight was actually very hilarious.
All of the pirates in Alvida's crew also started to snicker.
"Shi shi shi haha haha haha !" The lady knocked herself out ! Haha haha haha !" Along with Luffy, everyone else also started laughing like hyenas.
