The mystery of Buggy the clown
As the ship approached the wrecked ships in the fog, I readied my bo-staff. I didn't understand Blue, but according to Luffy, she said that there were two people trapped on those wrecked ships.
Even though Blue didn't see any immediate danger, I would rather not take any chances here.
As we approached the wrecked ships, I saw two men standing on floating wrecks of the ship. But what alarmed me the most was their appearance and the flag of the ship that has been destroyed.
The first was a dark-skinned man with a tall muscular body. He was wearing a tattered black suit. He had a Fu Manchu mustache, a pointed goatee, and long hair braided in a thick queue that somewhat resembled a scorpion's tail. He also had a scar running diagonally down his left eye.
The other was a big, round, oddly-shaped man with a yellow zipper across his mouth. His black suit was in similar condition as the first man. He had dark green, well groomed hair, purple dimples on his cheeks and strands of hair on his chin. He also sports red wristbands.
And most importantly if the familiar flag of the world government could be seen from a distance flying on the wrecked mast of the ships.
Nami instantly went into full alert as she realized that in front of them were the CP9 agents.
'Fuck ! What the fuck are they doing here ?'

"Damn ! That bitch ! I will kill her the next time I meet her !" Jabra, one of the members of the CP 9 spoke with anger. He has a large wound in his left pelvis. So moving around was extremely difficult for him. In fact he was barely standing.
"Forget it. With our mission failed, I am more worried that we will be given the same treatment as who's who. Maybe Kumadori was right…. East blue might be cursed for us CP agents.
And besides, I doubt you can do anything against her even if you meet her a thousand times after this. Let's be grateful that at least she left us alive. She could have killed us like she did with everyone else." Fukuro said with a defeated voice.
Originally both of them had a mission to transport a package from the tequila wolf to the holy lands of Mariejois. But they were not expecting to get jumped by a single weirdo.
The woman was dressed like a harlequin with a big clown nose. With dual tone white and red bikini tops and similar coloured short shorts, she was extremely sexy despite the Clown nose.
But despite the comical appearance, she was not comical at all.
The bitch had haki and the way everyone passed out it must be the famed color of the supreme King they heard about. They too almost passed out. But for some reason the pressure was lifted just before they passed out.
After that started the massacre. No matter how hard they tried, they couldn't stop her. They didn't know why in the world she left them alive, but before leaving, she destroyed every single hidden den den mushi so that they couldn't even call for the backup. Obviously she took the parcel before leaving.
Since both of them were devil fruit users they couldn't even escape. But fortunately or unfortunately for them, a small ship approached them.
"That ship doesn't have a flag. Maybe a local merchant ship." Jabra squinted his eyes as he tried to see more of the incoming ship.
"Then what are you waiting for ? Turn back to your human form and let's call them for help." Fukuro got up despite his injuries and got ready to shout for health along with Jabra.

"Luffy ! They are the agents of world government ! Let's turn around our ship ! I have a bad feeling about this." Nami decided to stay cautious. The enemy was familiar yet unfamiliar at the same time. She was not sure about their strength. And knowing how cruel CP agents are, a serious fight might break out. And if that happened, she was not sure about their victory.
"No… I want to see them for myself." Luffy was stubborn as ever. Knowing that it might be futile trying to convince her captain, she decided to get ready for a fight.
"Hey you guys ! Who are you and what happened here ?" Luffy asked them casually as their ship can close to the wrecked ships.
"We are the agents of world government. A certain pirate attacked our shp and destroyed everything. Who are you kid ?" The man with the weird mustache asked back.
"I am Monkey D Luffy ! I am going to be the king of the pirates !" Luffy declared without hesitation.
Nami felt like hitting herself in the head. Luffy might be adorable but he was a complete idiot and a trouble magnet.
And as she had expected the moment the government agents heard the word pirates, their demeanor immediately changed.
"So you are pirates ?" The man who was less injured and had a chain on his mouth asked for confirmation.
"Yeah ! We became pirates just a couple of days ago. We have yet to draw our flag though." Luffy said cheerfully.
"Is that so…."
Nami was immediately alarmed when the man started transforming into a human wolf hybrid. Their hostile intention was clear. Zoro drew his sword ready to strike.
Nami immediately got ready as she signaled Blue to take off.
Just after a moment of stand off both the parties attacked immediately.
Nami's eyes widened when the man who was most probably Fukuro opened his mouth to scream.
Even without observing Haki, Nami knew what was coming. She was the one who had killed the previous user of 'that' devil fruit after all…
"Fuck ! Jump up !" A moment after Nami's warning, a sonic blast obliterated the entire ship of the straw hats. Fortunately both the boys and Nami herself were safe as they had dodged in time.
