"Don't worry, you'll definitely get in," Lin Shuyue smiled as she gently tapped Qin Churou on the forehead.
Lin Shuyue was extremely fond of Qin Churou, doting on her to the point of indulgence. Qin Churou, with her thoughtful nature, was the apple of Lin Shuyue's eye.

After hearing her out, Assistant Lin nodded. "The president is currently unavailable. Please ask him to wait."
The receptionist was a bit surprised. The president never saw anyone casually. Even she had never seen the president herself, and very few knew who the president of the HD Group actually was.
Putting down the phone, the receptionist led Qin Hai to the waiting area. "The president will see you, but he's currently occupied."

By the fifth hour, Qin Hai's patience was wearing thin.
He wanted nothing more than to leave, but he knew this was a rare opportunity to meet the elusive president of the HD Group. He didn't want to let it slip away.
If he could establish a connection with him, the benefits would be boundless. The chance to network with influential figures through the chairman of the HD Group was a dream he dared not give up on.
Taking a large gulp of water, Qin Hai found it to be his eighth glass already.
At that moment, the receptionist approached him.
