Five days later in the morning, Mona was waiting on the roadside outside the store as scheduled
Today she wore a V-neck lace-up pleated dress as a base, and a loose-fitting cardigan sweater jacket. The light and just-right color gave her a ladylike feel to her literary and quiet look.
The morning breeze blew gently, and her long hair and skirt fluttered like a silent lotus covered with snow in the sky.
Less than five minutes later, a blue Porsche sped up and slowly stopped in front of her. A middle-aged man got out of the car, turned around, and opened the back door for her. "Ms. Mona, Mr. Jesse asked me to take you to the exhibition hall."
"Thank you for your help!" She leaned over and got into the back seat, and the car quickly started away.
While driving, Mona's eyes were fixed on the receding scenery outside. She had never really seen France in all the time she had been in France.
