"Don't you know that this is your first time in the Netherlands? What if you encounter danger or something?" Franklin's resolute face turned cold, and he used a blaming tone to cover up his panic behavior.
"Are you worried about me?" Ava stared blankly at Franklin who had his back to her, and asked with warmth in her heart.
Although his tone was accusatory, it was not difficult to hear the worry in his words. She just needed to listen carefully. It was just the cold way he expressed it.
"I have another meeting to attend. If you want to stay here, go ahead!" Not wanting to answer her, Franklin left after saying this. If he stayed any longer, he was afraid that he would reveal more emotions in front of her.
Ava looked at the figure walking away and smiled softly. As a matter of fact, this guy was not as cold-hearted as he portrayed outwards. He still had a warm heart.
