In the lobby of the Plaza Hotel, the building was undulated with the music being played, producing beautiful and melodious tunes.
The French-style crystal chandelier illuminated the entire room, and the golden light it produced had a noble charm. The magnificent design of the hall was full of luxury.
The guests came back and walked around, toasting and greeting one other, all dressed in formal attire.
This was the joyful scene as the Titan Group celebrated the signing of a contract with a company from Saudi Arabia.
When the two company directors were discussing cooperation matters, a dozen bodyguards in black entered the meeting room and stood on the left and right sides in an orderly manner.
The sudden noise made all the guests in the room look towards the door and start talking.
Franklin, dressed in a blue suit, walked into the hall with elegant steps. A wicked smile hung on the corners of his moon-like lips, but his eyes, as vast as stars, were cold and clear.
He took the champagne on the table, walked towards Harris Kelleway and the head of the other foreign company. He stopped by the side of the Arabian man dressed in beautiful thobes, and said respectfully. "Mr. Badawi, it's been a long time since we last met. I didn't expect you to come to America to expand your business. It's really good to see you."
"Hey, Mr. Larson, long time no see." After hearing the greeting, Ahmad looked at the person who came. "It's good to see you too."
The two shook hands in a friendly manner and exchanged a few pleasantries. Ahmad Badawi's fluent English made the conversation more enjoyable.
"What a rare guest we have here. The young leader of the Larsons Group, coming to our little ceremony, doesn't this make the entire galaxy shine brightly like the sun?" Not wanting them to talk too much, Harris interrupted casually. He knew that Franklin would come uninvited today, and he must have had bad intentions.
Franklin heard Harris's sarcastic words, but he was not angry. He just said calmly. "Mr. Kelleway, you're being too concerned. I heard that the Titan Group is cooperating with the Riyad Groups from the Arabia, so I came to join in the fun. I don't think you're angry about this, Mr. Kelleway, are you?"
Franklin's words were just as the name suggested, leaving Harris speechless. He could only agree, "Of course not, Mr. Larson. You're welcome."
As the two of them were talking back and forth, the other guests looked at them intentionally or unintentionally. Everyone in New York knew that the Larsons Group and the Titan Group were business rivals.
They believed this representative of the Larsons must have come here to intentionally disrupt the contract agreement ceremony.
"Thank you. I came here today specifically to give you a gift, Mr. Kelleway." Franklin exclaimed, and signaled one of his bodyguards who handed a beautifully packaged box to Harris.
From then on, everyone's eyes would be focused on the box, wanting to take a look at the mysterious gift inside. Franklin's move stunned everyone.
They knew there was something interesting about to happen, but they never expected that he would congratulate his opponents and give them gifts.
"It's just a little token of our appreciation. We wish you all a pleasant cooperation. Anyway, I have something else to do, so I won't be keeping you company for long. I'll take my leave now." Franklin was very satisfied with the reactions of the crowd. He did not continue to waste time and left the hall directly.
Harris was also deeply surprised. The box in his hand was reflected in his black eyes. He wondered what Franklin could be up to. Well, no matter what his intentions were, it couldn't stop him from expanding his market in the country.
He casually put the box aside without opening it immediately, which made everyone feel timid. But he didn't know yet that the gift in the box could make all his hard work go to waste.
Franklin smiled meaningfully as he got into the luxury car. Then he picked up his phone and dialed a series of numbers. After two beeps, a voice as clear as an ice spring came through. "Done?!"
The question was mixed with affirmation, which made Franklin reply with a little dissatisfaction. "Of course, what do you take me for? You think I couldn't carry out a simple task like that? Well, I assure you of maximum satisfaction."
"Perfect. Just thinking about his expression when he opens the box fills me with excitement. Hahaha." The reply made the person on the other end of the phone laughed wickedly.
It was too unreasonable for anyone to think of fighting them before they even have a foothold in the country.
The Larsons and Tridents were not the average families that a new group, such as the Titans, who just arrived in America, could just afford to provoke.
