They disengaged from the kiss before looking up at the security man. "Isn't that supposed to be your job? And why is Zade still here?" Atticus's cold voice echoed before his gaze landed on Zade.
He walked up to him before squatting, sincerity revealed in his golden crystal eyes. "Zade, don't worry. I am going to make sure you—"
"I don't want to see you being kind. Just promise me days off," Zade managed to interrupt.
Atticus chuckled before nodding his head.
"The ambulance is already here," one of the security men informed before handcuffing the men.
Atticus pretended not to hear them. He walked up to Sabrina and before she knew what he was up to, he lifted her from the ground like a baby.
She bit her lip shyly before asking, "What are you doing to me, Atticus?"
"And what should a husband be doing to his wife?" His voice was sweet, yet cold, making her feel a wave of electricity within.
