'I can't believe he overreacted over a simple question I asked. Though he wasn't wrong,' Sabrina muttered inwardly before falling lazily on the bed.

This was the first time she was going to sleep on a comfortable bed, inside a spacious room. Compared to Alicia, she always slept in the store where the ground was always cold. She prayed every day, hoping the night wouldn't come—wishing there was a night party where her service was needed.

Instead of falling asleep, her mind was everywhere. With her eyes closed, it seemed like she time-traveled to the moment she spent at Kieran's house. She didn't know what to do; either to be grateful to them or hate them.

Though she was sure of one thing; they were her family for fifteen years. What she still couldn't understand was the reason they suddenly wanted her dead and of all types of death, raped to death?
