Lisa looked around the club with dead eyes.
She would not have felt half as afraid if she had not known about the supernatural side of the world.
However, it no longer felt safe because Lisa knew about the world. Each shadow felt like a potential threat, and somehow, the night sky looked darker than before, casting a more profound sense of fear.
The club was loud, but Lisa could not help but keep guessing who was human and who was not.
