"I am hereby annulling my engagement with you!"
The icy tone that resonated from the golden-haired Prince's mouth was stern and powerful.
His glowing golden eyes keenly pointed at the being in his sight, and his fair skin and round face gave off the appearance of an enraged lion. The loathsome gaze he cast on the woman who stood in front of him was filled with hate and anger.
Many had arrived at the graduation party for the Royal Magic Academy to celebrate with food, drinks, and dancing, but all fell silent when their eyes became fixated on the scene that was unfolding in their view.
The Crown Prince had just done the unthinkable… he had broken off his engagement with the Duke's Genius Daughter.
Alicia Stardust.

"This game is a complete joke!"
As I read the text at the bottom of my laptop's screen, I couldn't help but become furious. This game that I had been playing without sleep for the past three day's name was called 'Love Beneath the Moonlight'.
When I purchased the game, the flashy and handsome male leads captured my attention, but after completing the game I was infuriated with how the main antagonist was treated.
She was not only the noble with the highest stature outside of the Crown Prince; she was stunning and beautiful while possessing an affinity with every single elemental magic spirit!
She was also very talented in business affairs, to which she personally negotiated with merchants who brought in loads of gold to the Royal Capital.
"She is way too OP to meet a fate like that!"
She lost her Fiancé to the Main character and was exiled?
What utter crap!
If I had the kind of power that she did, I would have wiped the floor with the main character… she barely has any magic power and is only celebrated because of her affinity with Holy Magic.
However, she doesn't even come close to possessing the level of talent that Alicia has!
While I was playing the game, I didn't truly think too much of Alicia outside of her being the picture-perfect daughter of a Duke and an elegant beauty.
She always warned the protagonist about getting too close with the Crown Prince and when the protagonist overstepped her bounds, she corrected her.
Alicia never truly wanted to hurt the protagonist, but when she became aware that the protagonist was visiting the Prince's mansion, she grew tired of her antics and decided to put an end to it.
Wouldn't anyone do the same?
After trapping the protagonist in the Labyrinth of Fire, the Crown Prince quickly came to rescue the protagonist.
Once the event transpired, she was branded as an evil, villainous woman who attempted to kill a student and classmate at the Academy.
Regardless, I never understood why the antagonist didn't just give that useless female lead to the cheating prince.
She was way too good for the likes of him.
With her beauty, no matter who laid their eyes on her… they would immediately become bewitched by her looks.
Compared to a broke university student such as myself, she had the world laid out in front of her for the taking, but she lost everything because of a useless prince.
"I wish I could've been Alicia. I would've wiped the floor with that female lead and that cheating Prince."
When I looked down at the corner of my laptop, the time displayed in the corner read 3:30 am and I knew I had to wake up for class at 8 in the morning, so I finally closed the Laptop and rolled back into bed under the thin blankets of my cramped dorm room.
As my consciousness slowly faded into a void of black nothingness, I just briefly saw a peep of a bright golden orb of light that was radiating off of my laptop, but I ignored and dismissed it as nothing as sleep finally overtook my body.

When I finally awoke, what awaited me wasn't the usual sight of my narrow university dorm room. Instead, it was a glamorous and spacious bedroom with massive white walls decorated with countless colorful jewels and luxurious furniture everywhere.
What struck me with surprise was that everything around me was foreign. Like the landscape of some kind of fantasy world. This brought the most natural thought that plagued my mind.
"Am I dreaming?"
However, when the words left my lips, I strange sensation tingled my body. It was easy to recognize it as fear. The voice that had just left my mouth wasn't the voice that I had become accustomed to throughout my life. It was certainly higher pitched, and it was beyond sweet.
When I lowered my sight, my forearms became visible and the shiny fair skin that I observed sent another chill throughout my body.
Or maybe I should say 'The body' because this body didn't belong to me.
"Could this be... transmigration?"
As I spoke, I was once again caught off guard by the silky-smooth voice that radiated from my mouth, but I shook it off and tried to think.
I had read plenty of novels about people being transported to fantasy worlds, but even so, experiencing such a feat was truly a shock to me.
"Well, the first thing I need to do is become familiar with my new body."
So, I stood up from the massive bed that I had been sitting atop and my feet touched the cool floor that was, Marble?
The amount of luxury this woman lived in was causing me to even feel a tang of jealousy.
Well, since I have become this woman... at least for now, It's my luxury. There was no need to feel any kind of jealousy.
As I walked over to a brown wooden door that appeared to be closed, I noticed how light each step felt. This woman had to be in fantastic shape, or the world had some kind of lower gravity.
When my hand made contact with the doorknob, I took a deep breath before opening it, which revealed a massive bathroom that was just as spectacular as the bedroom was.
It was adorned with a massive bathtub that was so large that it could be labeled as a swimming pool. Just beside it sat a tall, enclosed shower with a glass door.
This kind of bathroom was miles ahead of whatever measly thing I had back in where I lived, so I couldn't help but stare at all of these facilities in awe, but there was one more thing that caught my gaze.
Just above a beautiful marble sink, there was a giant mirror that may have been larger than the bed I slept in back in my old home.
An unmistakably pretty girl with peering violet eyes and beautiful black hair that was curled masterfully, which added to her graceful appearance. Her elegant beauty was highlighted by her shiny fair skin and perfectly round face.
She was wearing a white nightgown, and sizable mounds curved the gown at the chest area. Which caused me to feel another tang of jealousy clouding my mind. "Her growth far exceeds mine…"
However, it was the golden pendant around the girl's neck that forced me to fall silent.
A precious treasure such as this was known to only be held by only one person, the future Queen of the Royal Capital.
At least in the game that was the truth, but if that pendant belongs to the future Queen of the Royal Capital and I am living in a place this extravagant, then I must be…
"The main villain of Love Beneath the Moonlight… Alicia Stardust!"
