Meanwhile as Marco was facing off his opponents, the rest of them were also doing the exact same thing.
Fourna stood in front of Brix in a face-off, she was a poisonous beast tamer who was good at using poisons and controlling poisonous bugs and insects.
And right now there were a lot of them gathered around her right now.
She had left her Asian giant hornets outside to maintain the aerial surveillance around the mountain.
But gathered around her were more like ; the bullet ants, giant black widow spiders, the tanatarous bug, the wind chaser wasp and lots of them.
Marco wasn't wrong when he said Silas was very lucky, that was because dealing with her was very troublesome, you never know when a bullet ant would dig out from the ground and take a bite at you or if you would be stung by a wasp.
Or poisoned by a black widow or even poisoned by Fourna herself, but Brix wasn't a pushover by any chance, one could even say that he was a perfect match against Fourna.
That was because, he was a flame user, and he kept in blasting out explosive fire balls at the poisonous bugs and insects without care, there was also a flame barrier around him was was burning away the poisonous mist that Fourna had released.
But Fourna kept on releasing the mist, because they contain a lot of debbuffing effects like weakening senses, illusion, corrosion, and even pain enhancement. And all these effects were caused by a different skill..
Although their battle wasn't as explosive as Marco's and Silas's battle, it was also equally as intense as their spiritual energy was draining with the continuous use of their skills.
As for injuries, there were a few burnt marks on Fourna's body, and even though she was being protected by two giant black scorpions and a giant black spotted ladybug, a few of those fire balls still managed to get her.
Without these three protecting her, she'd have been burnt to crisp by now, the giant black Scorpions were good at heavy defense as their carappice was especially very hard and thick.
As for the Giant black spotted ladybug, it created a very thick corrosive mist barrier around her that corroded the fire balls before they got to her.
But Brix wasn't better off either, he also had burnt marks on his body but this wasn't caused by fire but poison.
Even though he had set up a fire barrier around him, it wasn't exactly foolproof as a few parts around it was being thoroughly corroded causing holes in its defense, this in turn causing those poisonous mist to pass through those holes and corrode his body.
But that wasn't all, as sometimes a few poisonous bugs or insects would pass through these holes and either bite or sting him. And with the pain enhancement mist mixed in the fray, the pain he was feeling was amplified ten times over.
But he didn't even dare to pay attention to it, because the moment he got distracted for even a second he was done for.

Raya watched these two battles with a serious expression on his face, the battles were not going well at all.
Even though it seemed like they were evenly matched, it had already come to the point of who had more stamina and spiritual energy, they couldn't possibly think that they would last more than these people who had been in the realm more than them right?.
"If you're worried about your comrades at this point, then you're even more stupid than I thought, what makes you think you would be getting out of this alive?." The leader remarked playfully on askance.
"Then I just have to kill you so as to avoid something like that from happening right?!. Besides you still haven't introduced yourself, I don't want to have to kill a nameless person!" Raya countered back.
"Hehehe, what arrogance, why don't we find out who would die soon, and by the way my name is Delmos, you should remember it before you die" Delmos stated.
They both stared at each other for a brief moment before dashing at each other with battle intensity and clashing with a heavy bang.
"Booooooom!!!!!!!"
Weapons clashed and clashed creating sparks in the air at their point of contact.
Raya wilded a katana as his weapon of choice, and with his darkness element to compliment it, he was truly a force to be recorned with, he cloaked his darkness element around his katana and attacked.
But Delmos didn't loose out to him as he wilded his double short swords in conjunction with his Flames coated around it, he was also a flame user like Brix but he was more of a close combat fighter, like Raya.
But that didn't mean they they didn't have long distance skills, they both clashed swords coated with their various elements and also blasted skills at each other.
"Lightless slash"
"Flame cross-slash"
"Booooooom"
"Darkness descent"
"Meteor shower"
"Booooooom"
"Darkseid strike"
"Wrath of flame"
"Booooooom"
"Dark divider"
"Flaming death cross"
"Booooooom"
"BANG"
"CLASH!!!"
"BANG"
"CLASH"
"BOOOOOOOM"
With each clash they made, the entire mountain seemed to quake in response.
The ground under their feet cracked and caved in as they moved around in vigor.
This was a battle between experts who were pitting everything against each other, their swords moved in rigorous tandem as they battled on in this unavoidable death match.
Blood splashed everywhere as they began to accumulate series of injuries all over their bodies, but they didn't seem to feel any pain as adrenaline pushed them towards their impending doom without a care.
Raya charged forward, katana at ready unleashed a powerful horizontal slash "Lightless slash"
Delmos dodged the slash by a hair's breadth, using the momentum to fuel a swift counterattack, he struck with both short swords in rapid alternating rhythm "Flaming cross-slash"
Raya parried the first few strikes with his katana, but Delmos's speed and agility proved challenging. He attempted a vertical slash aiming for Delmos's vitals "Darkness descent"
Delmos leapt back, avoiding the slash by a fraction of an inch, seizing the opening to land a quick double strike, targeting Raya's chest and abdomen "Meteor shower"
Raya stumbled back, momentarily off balance, but he recovered swiftly, unleashing a wide, arching slash, "Darkseid strike"
Delmos met the slash with both swords, creating a shower of sparks as the blades clashed, he exploited the brief lockup to unleash a counter attack "Wrath of flame"
Sending both of them stumbling back, the fight continued with each combatants exchanging blows and testing the other's limits.
The three death matches raged simultaneously, each a testament of the brutality of this self created arena. The cavern's rough-hewn walls, lit by flickering glowing crystals, seemed to reverberate with the clash of steel on steel, the scent of sweat and blood hanging heavy in the air.
To the north, Silas and Marco lashed at each other and exchanged blows in fervor, their bodies riddled in holes in its own unique brand of carnage as they fought at lightning fast speed.
Not too far in east of the cavern sizzling sounds rang out as another heavy exchange was going on, Brix and Fourna fought with an equally much more intensity than before as they clashed in a frenzy of combat.
Meanwhile close to the cavern's southern part, the air was thick with tension and the scent of blood as Raya and Delmos clashed swords, creating sparks in the faint glowing crystals that lined the cavern walls.
No audience witnessed these battles, only the cold unforgiving stone of the cavern, which stood as a silent testament to the mortal struggles unfolding within its depths.
The cavern's cold, grey stone walls stood as impassive sentinels. The air was heavy with the scent of damp earth and the faint tang of blood. Shadows danced across the walls, cast by the glowing crystals that lined the cavern's edges, their light casting eerie silhouettes on the ground.
As the combatants clashed, their footsteps echoed off the stone floor, creating a disorienting cacophony of sound that seemed to come from all directions at once. The cavern's vastness swallowed their grunts, cries, and snarls, rendering them almost inaudible. Yet, the silence was oppressive, punctuated only by the sound of clashing steel, the crunch of bone, and the soft thud of bodies hitting the ground.
In this forsaken place, there was no glory, no triumph, only the primal struggle for survival. The cavern seemed to absorb the combatants emotions, leaving only a sense of desolate hopelessness.
As the matches raged on, the cavern's darkness seemed to grow, as if it was feeding on the violence and bloodshed. The shadows deepened, the silence grew thicker, and the stone walls stood watch, unmoved and unyielding, as the combatants fought on, their fates all but sealed.
But not one of them seemed to notice the real carnage the was going on in the direct center of the cavern.
The alter of the grim reaper himself.
