Hi and the groups relax by a campfire and drink tea until a blizzard comes out of nowhere blowing the campfire out with a quick and cold gust of wind. "Whoa that was out of nowhere!" Hi says jumping up and warming the area with his fire magic. "Good reaction!" Sozin tells Hi,who finishes his tea in a timely manner. "It´s here!" Vernon says hiding behind Yuxuan in fear. "It´s okay we´ll protect you!" Yuxuan says trying to calm Vernon down. Yuxuan gives Vernon another coat to keep warm in the blizzard. "Keep your guard up we never know from where it will attack!" Sozin tells Hi. "I´ll keep that in mind!" Hi says on guard with his hands on his sword ready to pull it out of its scabbard. Hi sees something in the blizzard and attacks it, but when he gets there it was just a scary looking tree. "Damn, that wasn´t it!" Hi says. "Attacking whitout thinking first will get you into trouble every single time. The enemy is at an advantage when in the blizzard, it will give his position away once he attacks." Sozin tells him. A strong wind aimed at Vernon to blow him away into the blizzard is stopped by Sozin who pushes it aside with his hand. "Like that!" Sozin says looking for the direction it came from but he doesn´t find anything. "Damn an archdemon with elemental powers that will be trouble! We can´t stray too far away from Yuxuan and Vernon or they´ll die first. I´ll stay with them while you try to track it down, using what you learned. Once you found it you can tell us where you are and then we will attack together." Sozin explains. "That´s right i can´t send my beasts out or they will freeze or we will freeze if one of you isn´t around and Vernon cannot use his powers unless there is enough warmth and light." Yuxan tells them. "Alright i will exterminate the threat and call for your help once i find it. I´m going out it will likely target me if i go out into the blizzard whilst keeping me warm with the bare minimum." Hi says going out into the blizzard to find the archdemon. "There he goes! Keep close!" Sozin tells them. Hi goes into the blizzard alone to increase the chance it will attack him. Bad visibility makes it harder for Hi to find it, who hasn´t quite mastered sensing mana in the area. In the blizzard Hi goes further and further away whitout noticing. The occasional mana burst and attacks make the archdemons position known. Hi attacks what he believes is the archdemon but it´s just a tree that looks like it. In the distance he can hear his voice telling the group that he found it. That´s strange because he hasn´t uttered a single word since he left. "I found it come to me!" the voice says. "We´ll be right with you!" Sozin says leading the group toward the voice. The blizzard gets stronger the further they go in. "I am here!" the voice says agan. "Strange i think i heard it from here!" Sozin says looking around for Hi or the archdemon. Sozin turns around and finds Yuxuan and Vernon missing. "Wait, they´re gone. That must mean Hi is still out there and that i am next!" Sozin deducts. Right then the archdemon attacks from behind trying to grab Sozin. Sozin ducks down avoiding the grab. "Not today pal!" he says looking up at the archdemon. The archdemon is towering above him almost as tall as the pine trees. It is covered in white fur, has blue eyes and it´s horns are big and like that of a goat. It has very muscular with espeacially long arms and smaller hind legs."Human, food!" it says in a distorted human voice. "Oh, you sound and look creepy!" Sozin says jumping back. The archdemon attacks with it´s claws and Sozin parries them. Sozin keeps on the defensive stalling for Hi to come back and find Yuxuan and Vernon. Hi rushes back as soon as he hears the imitation only then does he realise how far he has been led out. "Crap that was quite far away i gotta hurry!" Hi says dashing faster and faster. Hi can make out the shapes of Sozin and the archdemon fighting in the blizzard. "If Master is fighting that means something happened to Yuxuan and Vernon!" Hi says and looks around for Yuxuan and Vernon. He finds them buried under a thick snow blanket. "Come on don´t let me be too late!" Hi says melting the snow and warming them up. They are knocked out. Yuxuans wolf and tiger still conscious lay down to keep the two warm. They are grateful that Hi saved their master and meow and woof in agreement. Hi rushes in to find Sozin and the archdemon but he is in the wrong spot, "Damn, it´s confusing it looks like it´s there but reality it´s somewhere else. Wait master should have melted the snow he came by that´s my clue!" Hi says looking for melted snow. He follows a trail towards the archdemon and his master fighting. Sozin fends off agains it´s attacks and melts any ice attacks it launches in an instant. He keeps it a stalemate for Hi to fight it and to get some experience. Sozin notices Hi´s arrival and jumps back. "I´ll leave it to you, my apprentice!" he says. "I got it!" Hi says with his sword in hand. The archdemon attacks Hi with a breath attack infused with ice magic that will freeze him solid if he doesn´t do anything. Hi has a hard time melting the ice. "It was so effortless when master did it i guess i still have a lot to learn." Hi thinks. Hi dodges another swiping attack from it. The blizzard gets stronger again and blows a heavy cold wind at Hi. Hi taken aback takes a look around to see several shapes in the blizzard. "Which one is the real one now?" Hi wonders. "The enemy has an advantage in the blizzard it will give it´s position away once it attacks." Hi repeats Sozin´s words. He calms down to judge where it will show up again. It launches some icicles at him wich he dodges by jumping from one to another in quick succession. It takes a great deal of focus, coordination and speed to pull such a stunt off. Hi arrives at the archdemons position in no time. It attacks with it´s claws, Hi ducks under and it fells one of the trees. "That was close!" Hi says looking back at the archdemon. "Oh crap!" he says when he sees that it has picked up the tree to use as a club. It swings it wildly around. Hi dodges and tries to go in but the clubs length makes it hard. Hi takes his time to figure out his timing to attack. The archdemon needs some time when he swings right and then left. Hi knows that it will swing right again. Hi reads it´s movements and moves in. Before it can hit him he cuts the tree with his smallsword and thrusts the demon with his longsword in the chest burning it with his fire magic. He then follows up with a diagonal cut from his shortsword to decapate the archdemon´s head. It screams out loudly and slowly burns to ashes. Hi breathes in and out afterward to catch his breath. Sozin applauds Hi on the Victory. "Congratulations, my apprentice it seems you were victorous. Why don´t we get our reward now?" Sozin says. Yuxuan and Vernon approach them. "Thank you for saving me again!" Vernon tells them. "No problem!" Hi says. "Here´s your compensation as promised!" Yuxuan says giving them a sack full with fur and some poisons and a small sack with some cold coins. "There is fur inside and poison in the bottles from my snakes and other posionous beasts. The gold isn´t as much as you would get for the quest but the other rare beast materials can sell for a nice price!" she says. "Thank you!" Hi says. "Aren´t you forgetting somethin?" Sozin asks Hi. "Oh right here´s a letter of recommendation for the guild from the two of us for you two. With that you can join our party and hunt for the hunters guild. Just let us know." Hi tells them. "What about me where do i go?" Vernon asks them. "With me, i know you´ll like it at the village we also try to live with nature and beasts." Yuxuan tells him. "Oh right!" Vernon says. "We´ll keep in contact!" she tells both of them and calls a orange feathered bird with her whistle. "That´s my bird it will remember your aura and will fly to you with my message on the ankle. Just tie another to it´s ankle and it will come back to you. Till we meet again!" She says going on top her tiger . "Come on up!" she tells Vernon reaching out her hand he takes it and is atop the tiger along with her. "Farewell!" Vernon tells them. They go away fast to Yuxuan´s village."Goodbye!" Hi and Sozin tell them. "Back to the capital?" Hi asks Sozin. "For now yes! We´ll rest up there and have a nice bath at the bathhouse down there. It´s about time to wash up and for a change of clothes." Sozin says. "Alright first time at a bathhouse outside my home country!" Hi says. They teleport away back to the capital.
