Glancing at her brand-new flight license, she muttered, "Captain Jean is so diligent; she wouldn't waste time watching streams anyway. She probably won't notice!"

Then, Amber tied her phone to her forehead with a red ribbon.

Standing atop Mondstadt's tallest windmill, she leaped off, exclaiming, "Mondstadt's Flight Champion, Amber, coming through!"

In the live stream, viewers felt slightly dizzy as they experienced first-person flight for the first time.

"What's happening? Did an eagle snatch this person's phone during their stream?"

"Anyone else watching from a kneeling position? Don't ask why, just know I'm terrified of heights."

Although Amber couldn't see her phone, it didn't hinder her from chatting with the audience, "While flying, everyone should maintain balance using their Wind Gliders. This ensures speed, stability, and ease."

"This woman actually thinks she can teach me, ha ha ha!"

"My brain says 'I got this,' but my heart says 'I'm cracking up!'"

"The best way to overcome fear is by avoiding it altogether. Bros, catch you all in the next stream..."

"Chirp chirp..."

"Bros, I'm back! The next stream nearly gave me a brain hemorrhage - couldn't handle it!"

"You dare to underestimate Ji-ge? From now on, no more basketball for you, hater!"

As Amber soared over Mondstadt City, she continued explaining, "Without a flight license, flying is strictly prohibited; it violates Mondstadt's laws."

At the Knights' headquarters:

Jean opened the custom smartphone Lin Feng had given her and began browsing. Upon seeing Ji-ge's stream, her eyebrows furrowed slightly, contemplating whether to shut it down.

After all, promoting such effeminate behavior could undermine future generations who would protect Mondstadt. However, after a moment of hesitation, she decided against it.

The residents of Mondstadt needed their entertainment, and considering the high viewer count, she refrained from taking action.

Next, she stumbled upon a live broadcast capturing an aerial view of Mondstadt. Jean's brow wrinkled again, recognizing this as clear violation of flight regulations; the offender's license must be revoked.

She paused at the stream, determined to identify the individual responsible and revoke their flight privileges.

As soon as Jean entered the live stream, the system promptly displayed a notification: Super Admin has joined the chat - Please be mindful of your comments!

"Woah, who is this? Look at that bold red entry announcement!"

"I saw it in Ji-ge's stream too; seems pretty impressive. Even gifting him a rocket didn't get me such treatment!"

"You actually gifted Ji-ge a rocket? What were you thinking?"

"A fan of Ji-ge promised to give me..."

Finally, Amber reached her destination, Windrise, where numerous people were charging their phones. However, most seemed to be seeking teammates for various activities.

"Nature's Knight, looking for one more player!"

"My World - Nether Portal ready. Anyone up for battling monsters together?"

Amber removed the phone strapped to her head and smiled, saying, "Everyone's enjoyed the beautiful sights of Mondstadt, but if you want to fly, having just a Wind Glider isn't enough. You also need a flight license."

With great pride, Amber produced her brand-new flight license, displaying it to the viewers in the live stream, and exclaimed gleefully:

"This is my thirteenth flight license; obtaining them is incredibly easy."

"Amber, come to my office immediately!" A massive red message hovered prominently at the center of the screen.

Seeing this familiar phrase, Amber felt instantly disheartened. She had just received her new flight license! Captain Jean was unexpectedly slacking off too, boo-hoo...

"Office? What could possibly happen there, heh heh he!"

"So even Knights of Favonius have their unwritten rules. Poor humble Investigation Knight."

"How beautiful and passionate she is! Why must she face such things? We should organize a protest march to the Knights' headquarters; I've already screenshot that message!"

Noticing something amiss with the chat messages, Amber hastily waved her hands and said, "E-everyone, don't misunderstand! It's just about some flight violations I made earlier!"

"Look, how frightened it's made the girl! Unbelievable, corruption even within the Knights!"

"Don't worry, Amber. The thousand viewers here all saw it. We've got your back, so speak up fearlessly!"

"Amber, if someone's bullying you, Captain Jean can definitely help!" Barbara chimed in.

Seeing the misunderstanding deepen, Amber hastily clarified, "That was actually Captain Jean herself, probably coming to revoke my flight license."

Feeling disheartened, Amber knew the live stream had captured undeniable evidence of her violation, leaving no room for defense.

"Captain Jean, I understand now, hehe!"

"Oh, Mr. Know-it-all, what do you think this time? Share your insights!"

"I can't say it outright; you wouldn't get it anyway. It involves something much bigger, too complex to explain here. Those who know, just know!"

"So it was Captain Jean all along. Well then, good luck, Amber! Ha ha..."

Everyone held unwavering trust in Jean's character. As the prodigious young member of the Gunnhildr Clan, she managed Mondstadt with impeccable efficiency!

Feeling dejected, Amber considered walking back to Mondstadt but quickly realized that her flight license would undoubtedly be revoked soon. She decided it might as well be one last exhilarating ride before losing her privileges!

Amber ascended to Starsnatch Cliff, leaped off, and unfurled her Wind Glider, soaring towards Mondstadt.

Segments from Amber's live stream were edited into videos and shared widely online.

"Passionate Investigation Knight and the Office's Unspeakable Secrets!"

"Ironclad Evidence: A Few Tips on Digging Your Own Grave!"

"I never thought my own livestream would be my downfall!"

Amber arrived at the Knights' headquarters, feeling intense pressure as she saw Jean seated in her chair, watching her closely. It seemed to Amber that Jean's presence had grown even stronger, resembling a true captain now.

These changes were partly due to the self-help and success books Jean had been reading.

"Amber, you've broken flight regulations again!" Jean looked at Amber with a mix of exasperation and disbelief.

"I'm sorry, Captain Jean!" Amber lowered her head, feeling quite dejected.

Feeling utterly dejected, Amber left the Knights' headquarters. Not only was her flight license suspended, but she also couldn't retake the exam for half a month.

Half a month, oh no! For a flying champion, this felt like a cruel punishment!

Lin Feng arrived at the Knights of Favonius headquarters, carrying numerous unique smartphones. "Captain Jean, I've brought many phones here; let's equip each West Wind Knight with one!"

"This..." Jean hesitated, concerned that the Knights' budget might not cover such a large number of phones. Additionally, she wondered why Lin Feng, now a Network Knight Captain, was pitching this to her.

Noticing Jean's hesitation, Lin Feng smiled and explained further:

"These phones will greatly enhance the efficiency of the Knights of Favonius. For instance, if someone encounters danger, they can dial 110 for emergency assistance. Then, the nearest West Wind Knight can promptly respond and save them!"

As Jean listened to Lin Feng's explanation, her eyes lit up. The ultimate goal of patrols is indeed to prevent magic beast attacks on civilians, making this feature incredibly valuable!

"Moreover, these phones are sponsored by me personally, free of charge!" Lin Feng added with a grin, confident that no one could resist something offered without cost!
