Once I got up from my slumber, I opened up the blinds lazily and groaned when I found out it was still slightly bright out. It was barely even sunset and I was up, meaning I hadn't even slept for up to three hours.
"What the actual," I scoffed, kissing my teeth as I rubbed my eyes, not a single atom of sleepiness being in my system racked a strong nerve.
I decided to take a walk around the hallways, intending on just relaxing in the indoor garden alone before I found Arthur there. His attention was caught immediately by me opening the door but I missed my teeth and slapped the door back and left before he could stand from the bench and follow behind me.
"Ahvi," he called out behind me, and I blatantly ignored him, walking faster and faster away from him. He groaned after calling me a few times and used his speed to stand in front of me, nearly giving me a heart attack as I still wasn't used to the unreal speed of hybrids and werewolves.
