I kept my eyes peeled and my senses high for any sign of breaking and entering my apartment, kept myself away from outdoor activities as much as I possibly could that weren't classes, all because I was afraid of getting hijacked by some ruthless alpha who, for some reason only wanted to take me.
I was supposed to have the most fun the past week, being it was only the beginning of the semester and things were yet to get serious for everyone, this was meant to be the time to go outside, socialize, go to the club or something like normal college students do.
But I couldn't, for the past week, I couldn't bring myself to do it. Each time Wendy begged and pleaded with me to go on one of her little adventures that were ever so tempting, I usually declined, no matter how intriguing.
