I watched as he stood in my room, trying to resist the urge to risk that spell all over again, but this time, I figured there wasn't anyone to pull him away in fear and no one to protect me after I fell unconscious as well.
"Why must you be difficult, mate?" he seethed.
"First of all, my name is Ahvi, and not that mate thing you're calling me," I corrected, pointing a warning finger at him, "Second of all, who have you ever heard of that was easygoing with their kidnapping?" I questioned, stealthily trying to reach for the knife that I had laced that was beneath my pillow.
"Who ever said anything about kidnapping you? You're simply going to follow me unless you die. As long as you move willfully with your feet, I doubt that's what I would label it as," he smiled, teasing me.
I frowned, disgusted by the mere sight of him, "Are you trying to play dumb or you are actually dumb?" I cocked my head to the side in confusion.
