I rubbed my eyes tiredly, heading straight to the bathroom to get myself ready at least. I think this was the only thing I can hate more than not looking good, and that says a lot, but I still can't afford to not look good at all times.
As I got prepared, I wondered if he would want to present me to his pack members as some kind of trophy or where the wedding would be held in the first place.
Indeed, from the little I've seen, the compound of this very palace alone is even a bit too spacious to host a wedding, but, needless to say, I didn't know anything that was going to happen today.
But I was in for quite a surprise.
Not long after, a few people came in, and I figured they were all the people who would help me get ready by the looks of their faces.
"Good morning, Luna Ahvi," they greeted uniformly with a subtle bow.
I shook my head adamantly, "Ahvi is fine; my name is Ahvi, please," I insisted.
