Chapter 3 - The Birth

----------Word Count: 1136-------

**POV - UNKNOWN**

**LOCATION - LOOM OF THE LUNGBARROW HOUSE IN GALLIFREY**

**TIME - 3000 YEARS BEFORE THE DOCTOR ENTERED THE LAST GREAT TIME WAR.

2200 YEARS BEFORE THE DOCTOR WAS BORN.**

'What? That god reincarnated me as Eutenoyar, one of the "supposed" founders of the Citadel of the Time Lords, and made me fall into the Loom as The Other?'

I look around and see that I'm inside a completely white-blue chamber with smoke all around.

About 10 minutes passed until I heard a noise indicating the chamber was opening. When it opened, it released some smoke, and I was able to put my feet out.

Outside, I see two people, a man and a woman. Just as I was about to speak, one of them started:

"Hello, welcome to life, haha. And welcome to the Lungbarrow House, I'm your cousin."

The girl says, "Rosger, don't make those jokes now, he won't understand. Can't you see he's just been born?"

She turns to me, kneels, and runs her hand over my head.

"Hello, we're all your cousins, and you're in the Loom of the Lungbarrow House."

I look at her and don't respond. I have to pretend I've just been born so they don't get suspicious. These Looms were created by Rassilon to perpetuate our race after Pythia cursed the Time Lords with infertility. So, who knows if he isn't monitoring all the activities in these Looms?

The man named Rosger grabs my attention before I can say anything: "He needs to be trained; his eyes show a lot of intelligence, and our house and the Time Lords need soldiers because of the wars that were foretold. That's why the Looms were accelerated."

The girl heard this and replied, "We can't send him to war yet, he's just a child."

Rosger says, "The Time Lords and Rassilon won't wait, Gilia. The war is at our doorstep, and he'll be trained for at least 50 years." It was then that he realized I was still there. "Hello, sorry, kid, you shouldn't be hearing this yet."

Then he runs his hand over my head and tells the girl, "Gilia, take him to a room to rest. He must be tired from spending so much time in the Loom."

The girl named Gilia nods at this: "Come on, kid. You'll have to choose a name once you learn to write and speak the Gallifreyan language, which won't take long."

It seems that the Looms don't add much information to the Time Lords, just how to walk, speak a few words, and about how you were born.

'Interesting, Eutenoyar had never come close to these Looms before. He didn't believe they would work.'

Gilia and I were walking down a large corridor when she started speaking in an animated voice: "So, how do you feel? Is everything okay? It's been 200 years since the Loom last wove a new Time Lord since our oldest cousin reached the limit of his regenerations and died. It was sad."

I then reply, "Goo- Good."

Gilia, hearing this, comments, "Ah, you're still not used to your body. Very well, we should reach your room after turning that corner."

As we turned down the corridor, we arrived at a large white door. Gilia opened it, and we entered a huge room. From the outside, it looked small, but inside it was gigantic, like the interior of a TARDIS. Time Lord artifacts are always bigger on the inside and smaller on the outside.

Then Gilia starts explaining about the room, mentioning that it was previously occupied by an old Time Lord who graduated from the Time Lord Academy.

**--------------SCENE BREAK--------**

**POV - RASSILON**

**LOCATION - LORD PRESIDENT'S OFFICE**

'These future wars are approaching. We must be prepared.'

'The Other and Eutenoyar are gone. Only they could help me in this new research on true immortality.'

'What a shame they betrayed me! They betrayed the Time Lords. They didn't see that if any Time Lord left Gallifrey, it would cause a catastrophe and make them too powerful to control. I saw in my future visions, just like with the Divergence, that a Time Lord off-planet would cause the extinction of the Time Lords.'

A man knocks on the office door. "Lord Rassilon, may I come in?"

Rassilon replies, "Yes, come in, Rosger. How did the weaving of this new Time Lord go?"

Rosger enters and sits in front of Rassilon. "It went well, sir, only there was an unforeseen event: he was woven more slowly than expected. That's why he was only greeted by Gilia and me; the others thought it would take longer, so they went to their posts."

Rassilon straightens up in his chair, looks at Rosger, and says, "He must be more powerful than the others. Being woven more slowly is normal. So, how do you assess him?"

Rosger replies, "I saw intelligence in his eyes, more than in the others born in the Lungbarrow House. I think he'll choose his name quickly."

Rassilon comments, "Good, because the foretold war is near, and we need the best soldiers by then."

Rosger, with a worried look, asks, "Can't this war be avoided, sir? He hasn't even been properly born yet, and he's already being trained for war."

Rassilon narrows his eyes and says, "I don't think so, Castellan. This war was foretold long ago. Now, update me on our army, Commander of the Gallifrey Guard, Castellan Rosger"

**------------SCENE BREAK--------**

**POV - EUTENOYAR (For now)**

**POV - ROOM IN LUNGBARROW HOUSE**

Gilia explained to me very superficially about the current history of Gallifrey because she thought I wouldn't understand much.

My room is large, with a double bed and a futuristic dresser that's bigger on the inside, made by Eutenoyar. "Something that was erased by Rassilon and his supporters. My name as Eutenoyar was almost completely forgotten in the history of Gallifrey, but in the future, I will have devotees as if I were a god, so it doesn't change much."

"Now I want to know where my TARDIS is, the one I requested that only I can control."

As soon as I thought about it, a piece of paper appeared in front of me with a message written on it: "It will be delivered in due time." And then the paper vanished as if it had never existed.

"Okay, thanks, god."

Now that I think about it, to have 507 regenerations beyond the normal 12, I must have been one of the founders because Rassilon placed a flaw in the other Time Lords that limits their regenerations to 12. I guess now it makes sense that I am Eutenoyar and was reconstructed from him.

When I stopped talking to myself, I clapped my hands and said, "Okay, I better start studying because I'll need to go to the Time Lords' Space Academy. Aaaah, boring."
