Wyoming state is one of the state least amount of rainfall and Marcus has created a base and a school for mutants. Marcus most spend his time in the base but how is this possible? many might wonder doesn't he have a company to run. The company is actually managed by an Android created by Marcus and follows the order from Marcus. There is a already a school created by Xavier but he created one for the mutants because apparently there are close to one hundred thousand mutants in the whole world and Marcus knew handling them and providing shelter to all them is next to impossible.
Although not all mutants needs shelter more than 80% of them looks like human. So, as long as they want to live in the society they can live but the problem occur when it comes to mutants with physical abnormality like Mr. Beast. I decided to create a place for these kind of mutants and here it is the school for mutants.
Mutants are offered a place where mutants can live peacefully they are taught to control their powers and are also provided with psychological guidance from the people he recruited after it is confirmed they have no ill intention. Only after their mind is read to make sure there aren't anyone from government, hydra, etc. I keeps a watch on all them through the MONITOR(A.I) and satellites then recruit them after a mutation occur. Many mutants here has physical changes due to which they can't adjust in the society. The school he made for them near the base can be considered as a safe place for mutant children and people. It is managed by Amber a mutant. Amber possesses an unusual appearance, with a fin on the back of her head and scales covering her body. She also possesses the ability to shape-shift though this ability is strenuous to maintain.
The base has been created with the help robots he made with the help shop function and now they build more robots and number has now exceed 5,000 they are mainly managed by Athena. The base and the robots are powered by Arc reactor for now. I recreated Arc reactor by having a peak in the stark industries Arc reactor, Tony might be scratch that he will definitely angry. That is why a lab dedicated to experimenting with alternative energy sources, including sustainable, clean energy is made. There's a particular focus on hydrogen fuel cells, fusion reactors, and quantum energy conversion, with Marcus hoping to find new, efficient ways to power the base and not just the base but the whole world.
The Base is actually made inside of a mountain and has three floor. After the base was made some mutants helped managing the base and the school by helping in work for the base, in the lab, work as a teacher, work in the procurement team, work in the X-force, or work in the school. It provides for the service for the mutants and many now contribute through farming lands around the are covered by a force field just like the Wakanda's force field.
I found out a unique function of system of core creation. I can create a core for anyone as long as they allow. So, every mutant has a psychic, aura, and spiritual core but I made sure they do not continue to get stronger. Maybe due to fear. There is a benefit that is they can contribute their energy to me if necessary but requires them to be within 100 meters range. Basically my EP farming base for me.
For running a base one needs Food, Clothing, Shelter and Air. Shelter is handled but farming was difficult problem. Farming here would have been impossible if not for cloning of micro-organism required for making land fertile and other micro-organism are also added to boost the speed the production of crops making the worries of food non-existent and as for water it get transported and stored in the fake empty mountains. Clothing is gets handled by growing Hemp(Weed). Leaves of Cannabis sativa plant makes really good clothes and are more durable than normal clothes. For air quality Air purifying system has been added in the base area. The area within the force field has a good quality air to breath.
First floor is the command center for the operations of the X- force. It has four sections Main Control Room, Surveillance and Security, Communication Hub, Storage and Vaults. X-force is a assault team of mutant who deals against organisations who experiment on mutant or harm them in any way and also with various terrorists organisations. Marcus believes that some organisations like Hydra, Sinister Six, Hand, Hellfire club, terrorists organisations, etc. are needed to be destroyed and unlike batman who has no kill rule, Marcus has a kill rule only for certain individual.
Second floor is a massive Lab Complex designed to handle various fields of research and development. Labs like Robotic and A.I development, Genetic Engineering, Cloning, Medical Technology development, Diseases Treatment, etc. A pristine medical wing that focuses on the treatment of diseases, the development of vaccines, and genetic therapies. It is equipped with highly advanced medical technology, including nanotechnology, regenerative medicine, and bio-enhancement treatments. These are usually handled by Artie Maddicks. Various technologies and medicines created here are used in the Allen Hospitals.
Third floor is a Training Facility for mutants. It is generally used for training and controlling powers. Control Training Room is where, Mutants can safely practice controlling their abilities here, whether it's learning how to focus energy blasts, regulate physical transformations, or fine-tune telekinesis. Athena manages the training simulations, adjusting the difficulty levels based on the user's progress.
Combat and Self-Defense Room is for all mutants to be able to defend themselves. Above the training rooms, there is an observation deck where Marcus and his team can watch training sessions. Here, data on mutant abilities are recorded and analyzed to help improve training regimens. Safety is paramount, and the deck has protocols to intervene in case any session gets out of hand.
Meditation Room Understanding that many mutants need mental training as much as physical, this room is designed for psychic and telepathic mutants to refine their mental powers. With soundproof walls, ambient lighting, and specialized equipment to help with focus, this room is perfect for practicing telepathy, or just calming their minds after intense training sessions.
