The four walls of the Thomas Mansion still intact as the Sky is now blue and the live stocks are now making their morning sounds, jack doing his barking continuously again non stop, the horse Neigh sound wasn't backing out either with the new baby horse 'Apollo' following in his mother's footsteps. Charles and Diana are up very early to start up their daily chores, Charles puts on his Black V-Neck Top and Trouser with a brown Timberland to match the thick grasses outside the Mansion and Diana in her simple T shirt covered with a Long sewed Apron to guide her from dirt.
They were in the stable cleaning and Charles was consistent on his questions for almost an hour and Diana tried as much as possible not to engage him in the all situations but his consistency made Diana told him the reason she was brought to the Mansion by Mark, he was so sad to hear her part of the story, saying she was Forced into marrying Mark Thomas to repay her father's debt and that Diana's mother had died in the process, he promised to assist more than he has been doing for her ever since she got to the Mansion.
He promised to help her get in touch with her father which has forgotten about her and what she has done for him to survive, her thought was that Mark Thomas is a dangerous man from a dangerous family and if she' didn't do what she had done he could have killed her father.
Diana wrote a note which she gave to Charles Bethea to be delivered to her father whenever he went to market the next month ending which is February 28th, he accepted to do her biddings, as he collected the note from her and he kept it in his inner short pocket.
Mark Thomas's tuxedo suit, carefully selected for a day at the office, exuded a sense of sophistication and professionalism. The sleek, black jacket was perfectly tailored to accentuate his broad shoulders and chest, while the fitted trousers broke just above his polished black dress shoes. A crisp, white dress shirt with a subtle sheen complemented the outfit, complete with a slim, black tie knotted precisely at his neck.
The overall effect was one of refined elegance, as if Mark was ready to take on a high-stakes business meeting or a red-carpet event, rather than just another day at the office. Despite his lingering fatigue from the previous night's escapades, Mark's impeccable attire and confident demeanor commanded respect, making him look every inch the successful, put-together executive.
As Mark Thomas watched from a distance, Diana and Charles worked together in harmony, their hands moving in tandem as they groomed and cleaned the horses in the stable. The warm sunlight streaming through the windows highlighted the gentle way Diana handled the horses, her smile radiant as she spoke softly to them. Charles, too, seemed at ease, his eyes crinkling at the corners as he smiled at something Diana said.
Mark's gaze lingered on the scene, his mind working overtime to process the unexpected sight. He turned to his guard, standing attentively beside him, and gave a curt nod.
"Summon Diana right away," Mark ordered, his voice low and even. "I need to speak with her immediately."
The guard bowed and quickly departed, leaving Mark to wonder what he would say to Diana when she arrived. He felt a sense of trepidation building in his chest, unsure of how to navigate the complex emotions swirling inside him.
Meanwhile, Diana looked up from her work, a look of curiosity on her face as the guard approached her. "Mark Thomas requests your presence his by his car, miss," he said, his expression neutral.
Diana's eyes narrowed slightly, her mind racing with possibilities. What could Mark want with her? She handed the grooming brush to Charles and followed the guard out of the stable, her heart beating just a little bit faster.
On her arrival beside Mark's BLACK SUV, he saw him standing with his two hands placed above eachother she wasn't expecting anything good from him because of the arguments they had last night, which made her felt so terrible and hated hm more and more.
"Morning Diana and how was your night?"
She wasn't whether she's suppose to ignore him or respond to his greetings, so she pretend not to hear what he has said and she decided to fake her pretence properly by looking at the horses in the stable but Mark greeted her once again.
"Diana good morning to you and how was your night?"
This time she could hear him well and wasn't sure of what to say so she responded by nodding her head.
"I guess that's a fine answer, I want you to know that what happened last night wasn't my intentions to be harsh in you and I want to say an sorry if I hurt you yesterday because I was just concerned when I couldn't find you anywhere after being called from the office that you've escaped."
"Thank you is that all you summoned me here to tell me?"
"yes that's all goodbye."
Then he quickly entered into his car and Tap the driver to start the car, while the car was moving he was turning his head checking whether she's still has her eyes looking at the car as he drove off, eventually Diana was looking at the car from behind for awhile and then she smile for the first time and when her eyes started getting dizzy she turned her back away from the road, covering her eyes with her hand.
Diana went straight to her room and when she got there reached for her bag where she kept a Drug which she brought from college before her graduation, she checked the pack of the Drug for expiration and she found out it can still be consume.
In front of her bed a mini water dispensal sit comfortably resting it back at the wall of the room, she quickly picked a glass cup and walk gently to the dispensal to get water in order to consume the drug, she opened her mouth and closed her eyes then used her right hand to throw the two round tablet into her mouth then she drank the water immediately to create way for the drug down to her belly.
Then she exhausted her body on the bed with her left hand placed on her flat stomach like she's trying to trace the drugs inside her stomach to ensure it goes to the right part of her body which is where she's feeling the pain.
She was able to sleep for an hour before she was woke up by the loud noise coming from the field straight hitting her window like a stone.
"Come on boys!!!" Am the winner here.
She got up and held to where the noise was coming from, on getting there she saw Charles and Bernard betting on a racing Turkey to catch fun while their boss wasn't around.
"Join us Diana, said Charles who stood up for her to sit and watch how his chicken would reach down Bernard's Turkey."
Diana sat beside Emma to watch Charles Bethea and Bernard command their Turkeys to run.
"On the count of three, 1, 2, 3!!!"
"Run run run boy said Charles"
"come on Steve run!!!!!" Said Bernard.
"Mario run boy, run don't let that mother fucker out run you."
At the finish line Charles Turkey out run Bernard's own and everyone including Camara whom was sitting far away from Diana rose up and shout in victory.
"Charles won! Mario Mario Mario"
Diana stood up smiling and jumping up forgetting she has not been feeling fine, she has never been so happy and laugh ever since she got to the mansion, so for the first time she intend to utilize the opportunity and have so much fun.
Unfortunately, while she was jumping and shouting on her top voice Diana unexpectedly slumped to the ground and everyone became so silent like a graveyard and they quickly rushed to her, Charles kept on calling
her name but she wasn't responding.
