Caleb waited patiently, glancing around, trying to hold back his curiosity about what took Henry so long. After another fifteen minutes, a loud creak broke the quiet, and the door to the room swung open with a dramatic thud.
A hand gripped the door frame firmly, and Julius emerged, looking far from his usual playful self. His eyes narrowed, his dark gaze fixed directly on Caleb.
A heavy, menacing aura seemed to radiate from him, and he stormed down the hallway without uttering a word, his mood evidently sour.
Caleb's face went pale, his legs freezing as he stood glued to the spot. He hadn't imagined Julius could look so terrifying. He had always seemed so funny and carefree!
A minute later, Henry finally emerged from the room, only to be met with the sight of a wide-eyed, frozen Caleb.
"Caleb?" Henry asked, clearly surprised. "What's going on?"
Caleb could only lift a trembling finger in the direction Julius had gone, too stunned to speak.
