Between Three Empire is a novel Shu Lan bought last week. The story is quite exciting. He only buy it because it's on front display,.... and he liked it's cover too.
"I still doesn't understand this omegaverse kind of thing.... maybe i should throw away my logic to read this novel", said Shu Lan.
The story tells about a boy named Qing Shan an omega who joined a sect called Heaven Peak sect. His parent died from a mysterious disease so he start his journey to unveil that mysterious disease. When entered a sect, he encounter the first male lead, Yue Chen. A runaway prince from Yue empire. Yue Chen is a dominat alpha. A lot of heart throbbing event happened there.
A single clue appeared during their first treasure hunt in magical realm. A mysterious curse was born in cursed land. Both Qing Shan and Yue Chen start a journey to Cursed land. During their journey, they encounter the second male lead, Xu Ming, an illegalimate child of the Xu's Emperor and another alpha. According to Xu Ming it's impossible to enter the cursed land. Fortunately another clue appeared, the key to enter the cursed land is in Yang empire. Now the three of them continue their adventure.
After arrived at Yang empire, The protagonist finally encounter the third male lead, Yang Wei. Yang Wei is completely different than the other two male leads. He had twisted personality caused by worst childhood and his brother threat. As the story goes, the scenario became heavier for Shu Lan to read. At near end of the story, it was revealed that Yang Wei's brother become a puppet of the cursed land overlord. In another words, Yang Luoya is the sub villain in this story.
"this story become more complicated for me to read", said Shu Lan. Shu Lan has stopped read the book, so he didn't know the ending. Shu Lan put down his phone and drift to sleep.
The next day, he went to school as always. Enter classroom, study, break time, study again, his ordinary cycles continue. During Lunch break, Shu Lan decided to head towards the rooftop.
Shu Lan always liked being alone, so the rooftop is the perfect place for him to take a break.
"Between three empire is getting complicated, but i'm curious of the ending, maybe i should read a bit before the game premiere next week", said Shu Lan. As he open the door, a gentle breeze blew through his hair. A warning sign was standing near the rooftop fencing wire, "danger, under maintenance"

"It's not broken... maybe the maintenance hasn't started yet", said Shu Lan. He begin to read the book while lean his body on the fencing wire. Suddenly, a huge crack heard. The Fencing wire broke open, leaving an empty surface behind Shu Lan. Shu Lan lost his balance and fall down from rooftop.
"Oh no... HEEEEEELLLPPPppppp....", He yell loudly as he fall down. The next moment, everything went black. The ground was cold full of blood.
"am i gonna die?.....", he couldn't see anything, couldn't hear anything, everything went cold. he closed his eyes.
Shu Lan tried to open his eyes, his body hurt so much. As he open his eyes, everything around him were unfamiliar. An ancient china style with crimson red ornament.
"am i in hospital?", Shu Lan whisper. His body was sore all over, a lot of bandage was wrapped around him. He tried to get up despite the pain. He rub his forehead until he realized his hair grow long.
"what's this?.... did i went into a coma for years?", Said Shu lan as he playing with his hair. A sudden door knock wake him up. A girl in plain ancient clothes went inside carrying water basin.
"y-you have waken up... my lord", said the girl while trembling. She put down the water basin near Shu Lan. "l-l-let me wipe your body for you... m-my lord", the girl trembling again.
"um... hey", Shu Lan tried to reach the girl and ask her where is this and how long he's ben asleep. But before he manage to speak, the girl yelp scared "F-F-Forgive me my lord... I-I-I was acting rude i-i-in front of you", the girl fall down on her knees. Shu Lan become more and more confused.
He lift his head and his face reflection appeared on the surface of the water. It's not him, but his face kinda familiar. Scary and sharp crimson eyes, A red blood pupil, and fire scorching hair. It's the same as the person on "between three empire" book. But as Shu Lan remember, there's no character with red hair like this.... except it's Yang Wei older brother, Yang Luoya.
Seeing the girl tremble, Shu Lan pity her. "Go back", Shu lan said dismissed the girl. The girl run away hurriedly. After the girl left, Shu Lan stare at his reflection again.
"Why i become you? can i become another person? you're one of the most unfortunate character in this novel. Why can't you become a good guy and accept the protagonist plot armor?", Shu Lan grumble while watching his reflection.
"Let's stay low for now.... become a good guy and accept the protagonist plot armor", Said Shu Lan. Suddenly, a guy broke in the room. it's a man in his 50 with white beard. He arrogantly look down on Shu Lan.
"As i said my lord, you shouldn't intervene with this case. Yes i'm the one at fault couldn't stop the bandit from escaping, but you're also at fault by messing up at the end. Now at least 50 of your men died in vain", This white beard guy grumble highly in front of Shu Lan.
Shu Lan usually a calm and relaxed young man. It doesn't matter who insult or talk bad about him, he ignore it. But for now, just by seeing this white beard man attitude made Shu Lan want to rip off his mouth. Shu Lan tried hard to hold back his anger.
"This is why Yang Empire needed strong but smart leader, if you continue your mistake like this, Yang empire will be done for. Sometimes i wonder why reb-", Shu Lan couldn't hold back anymore, his anger was at peak. He grab that man hair and push his head inside the water basin to suffocate him. There's no pity inside Shu Lan eyes, only bloodshot eyes.
The white beard man struggle so hard to safe his life, yet Shu Lan was stronger and made him stay in place. A few minute later, the man stopped struggling. Shu Lan realized and let go his hair.
"w-what have i done? i have killed someone", Shu lan was panicked. The white beard man body become pale and slump down on the floor. "Yang Luoya.... had anger issue last stage"
