Chapter 7 - Chapter 7: Actions Speak Louder Than Words

The racetrack suddenly fell silent, and all the surrounding cars shut off their engines. Only the engines of the two cars in the center, poised for the race, continued to roar, ready to go.

A fiery woman, wearing a red bra and red leather shorts that revealed most of her buttocks, strutted to the center between the two cars. Her voluptuous curves were on full display. A bearded man holding a megaphone shouted, "When that bitch raises her red bra, you can start—"

The woman reached behind her back, winked at the bald guy, and then licked her lips at Tang Guo. Suddenly, she whipped off her red bra and flung it into the air. Her white, bouncing breasts drew cheers from the crowd. At that moment, the bald guy's silver Porsche shot forward.

The woman spread her arms and closed her eyes, reveling in the rush of wind from the passing car, reaching her own climax.

Ye Qiu stared at the woman's chest for a long time before patting the terrified, eyes-closed Tang Guo, "Hey, he's already gone—"

"Huh?" Tang Guo opened her eyes and saw the Porsche speeding away, with boos all around her. She floored the accelerator, and the plump breasts in the distance quickly faded from view.

Ye Qiu clicked his tongue, regretting his early warning.

"What were you looking at?" Tang Guo asked irritably, speeding up to catch up with the car ahead. She noticed that Ye Qiu kept looking back.

"Nothing," Ye Qiu dared not tell the truth. Speaking, he realized the beauty beside him and glanced at Tang Guo's chest, disappointed to find it smaller than the woman's. Plus, she wasn't as open about showing it.

Focusing on driving, Tang Guo found the mountain road much harder to navigate than regular roads. The rough surface and constant twists made her palms sweaty, and her face turned red with tension. If not for the unacceptable consequences of quitting, she would have turned back by now.

The country boy next to her seemed to enjoy the thrill. Even with the car speed past 160 kph, his body showed no sign of discomfort. He looked around excitedly.

Regretting her decision, Tang Guo wished Shen Mo Nong had come instead. Shen could at least provide advice or comfort. This dirty man was useless and had dirtied her beloved car.

But Tang Guo had a hidden agenda for bringing Ye Qiu. Knowing the dangers of the mountain road, she didn't want Shen Mo Nong to risk her life.

They say, "If you love him, die with him." Nonsense. If you hate him, drag him to die with you. Tang Guo didn't hate Ye Qiu but certainly disliked him.

Remembering a movie called "The Bodyguard from Beijing," where the bodyguard was an excellent driver, Tang Guo asked Ye Qiu, "Can you drive?"

"No, but I'll learn quickly," Ye Qiu smiled.

"You can't drive and still call yourself a bodyguard?" Tang Guo felt frustrated, wondering what her father was thinking hiring this useless man. Anger bubbled up, and she pressed the gas harder.

The speed on the mountain road made Tang Guo's face pale, but the animal next to her started singing excitedly.

"There's a girl in the village called Er Ya, she's beautiful and kind, with big bright eyes and long black hair—"

If not for the race rules, Tang Guo would've kicked him out of the car.

The bald guy in the Porsche wasn't going fast, keeping an eye on the situation behind him. Seeing the headlights close, he felt reassured.

His phone rang, and he answered with an earpiece.

"What's the situation?" a cold voice asked.

"According to plan. But there's a man with her—" the bald guy reported while driving.

"A man? What kind of man?" The voice grew tense.

"A bumpkin. Doesn't look like a threat. Don't worry, boss, I'll take care of him too."

"Good. Make sure it's foolproof. We can't afford another failure," the man said and hung up.

The bald guy took off the earpiece, grinned at the scantily clad woman beside him, floored the gas pedal, and the Porsche shot forward. Reaching the halfway point up the mountain, he suddenly pulled over and got out, pretending to check the car.

Tang Guo thought she had lost the race and kept going only to finish the track. Seeing the Porsche stop, she rejoiced. Her tense face broke into a radiant smile as she sped past the Porsche.

"Overtaken—yes—" Tang Guo cheered.

The bald guy watched her pass, a sinister smile spreading. His brothers had set up a roadblock ahead. With him chasing from behind, the Tang family heiress was trapped.

Back in the car, he grabbed the woman's hair, pushing her head into his lap as she unzipped his pants with a grin. With her mouth on him, the silver Porsche sped off.

Hearing the car engine behind them, Ye Qiu turned and shouted, "Hurry, he's catching up!"

"I know. No need to shout," Tang Guo snapped, increasing her speed. She didn't want to be overtaken again.

"He's getting closer—closer—he's caught up!" Ye Qiu shouted anxiously.

"Hey, girl, speed up. You're blocking the way—hurry up, I need to take my woman to a room. She's making me crazy—" the bald guy taunted.

Tang Guo's face tightened. "Insult him for me," she demanded.

"I don't know how to insult," Ye Qiu said helplessly.

"Damn, can't you do anything? How can you be a bodyguard?"

Ye Qiu couldn't see the connection between insulting people and being a bodyguard.

Glancing back at the car tailing them, Ye Qiu grabbed Tang Guo's half-empty water bottle. "Actions speak louder than words. I'll smash him back."

"No, that's against the rules—"

Crash!

Before she finished, Ye Qiu had thrown the bottle.

Screech—crunch—thud—

A series of harsh sounds followed, and the silver Porsche crashed into the rocky mountain wall. Amidst the man's roar and the woman's scream, everything quickly quieted down.
