Legend?
Yeah right.
He wasn't even sure he could step his feet out of his room. Only the thought of werewolves hosting this event was a turn off for him.
Salvador watched him from the door while Damien sat beside him on his bed.
"Baby, cut him some slack, he's probably in shock at how fast things are taking a turn for him".
Damien chucked to his link's words and slung his arms around Aiden's shoulder. "So, what happened to keeping a low profile?" Amusement in his tone.
He smiled even more when Aiden scoffed in frustration causing Salvador to sigh in exhaustion. Sal knows Dammy will never let Aiden hear the last of it because he warned him fervently.
Coupled with the rumors he heard among his colleagues in school earlier, he wasn't even sure if he should scold or feel sorry for Aiden.
Apart from the fact that nobody knew he was a Hellhawker, words were out that an arrogant fresher bullied his kind, and was going out with the hottest girl in Prestige High.
Luckily, no one knew his name. The only information he could gather from them that traced his imagination back to Aiden was the description they gave. They mentioned his eyes that were the color of blood when he stood under the sun and pitch black when he stared into your soul.
After they heard the rumors, Damien had been really tensed. He couldn't even focus the entire day. He feared that they would do something real bad to Aiden and the fact that he was supposed to be his guardian but was not doing much unsettled him inside.
"The serpent girl didn't want that apparently". He managed, resting his back on the sheets with an exhale.
Salvador lifted his brows "Cameron is a troubleshooter, you should avoid her no matter what".
Aiden scoffed "You think I'm not trying to? She's relentless".
Darien sighed. "He's right, people like Cameron are bored and desperate for attention, he's a Fresher so she finds him interesting".
It had always been this way. They always have their way. Salvador thought as he watched his link and Aiden lay beside each other on the sheets.
Werewolves and vampires should be the predators in this school but for some reasons, other clans had lost their places just cause no one wanted to be the next prey of that freaking werewolf, Bale.
He gritted his teeth, making his jaws move in annoyance. This had gone on for so long.
"Get up". He ordered, looking at Aiden, leaving both Aiden and Damien confused. But his cold expression made them shuffle while they both sat.
"You're going, we're going". Salvador said deadpan. "We're all going".
Aiden shook his head. "I don't feel like it, I don't wanna be there... I'm going to do something stupid if I go there".
"What do you mean?" Damien asked softly looking at him in concern. "Are you scared of what they'd do?" He scoffed. "Nobody is bold enough to bully you in front of me, trust me, I have a record ".
He winked and Salvador chucked for the first time since they got in the room. "He was called the emperor of bullying". Salvador exposed his canines teasing Damien that locked eyes with him with a smile.
"Yeah, so common, get dressed".
