Chapter 21 - Party 3. (Werewolves vs Vampires).

Aiden.

I was seeing red.

The black veins around my eyes popped out visibly tracing around my sclera. I was turning to the monster that I am. I could hear people screaming in terror, werewolves ready to shift to intervene. Other clans surrounding in defense to talk me out of it but their mixed smells only drove me insane.

It riled me even more.

Salvador called my name again, putting a hand in front of me in surrender, trying stop me. He was pleading.

I could hear Damien and Ashley calling my name but right at that moment, everyone was a threat to me. My emotions were a mess.

All the pent up rage of my frustrated life without a link, to the pain of my father sending me here, to the attempts of assholes trying to make a name for themselves by messing with me overwhelmed me. The last straw that broke the camel's back was when this asshole tried to hurt the only person I found interesting since I got here.

She might have not done anything much, but only the fact that she makes me smile and gave me that hope that I so desperately longed for when literally everyone thought the worst of me, looked down on me, and casted me away without even getting to know me, earned her my protection.

"Aiden... Aiden please let's stop now, okay". My eyes were on Salvador now. I could now see him.

The look on his face was worry, mixed with concern and fear. I've never seen this expression on him. He was terrified.

What am I doing?

I hear Amy's muffled cry and turned to look at her only to see her trembling.

Slowly, my eyes that were once of a monster's became brighter until they were back to normal. My fangs and claws that protruded adjusted back to place.

Everything became clearer, likewise the damages I had done. Amy stared back at me in fear.

I take my eyes away from her back to Salvador that was panting, still in defence. My eyes move around me and I see Ashley and Damien cautiously staring at me like I could attack them, likewise the people I didn't know. The place was packed with people in awe watching me out of control.

My eyes strolled behind and I see Cameron and a few other werewolves, their eyes were on me ready to attack if I made any move.

"It's okay, Aiden look at me... I'm right here". Salvador moved closer to me after noticing that I was now aware of my surroundings and outburst.

He grabbed my shoulder. "Come on, let's get you out of here".

My head was still buzzing.

All I wanted to do was get the hell out.

I cussed under my breath feeling the regret as I glanced back at Amy that couldn't even look at me anymore, turning back to leave when the two guys beside Cameron yelled "Hey, get this bloodsucker outta here".

"Why was the outcast even invited here?"

Before I can answer them Ashley and Damien jump in front of them in a challenge "Hey back off!

"Get the Fuck out of my face! Damien scrolled back.

Before I know what was happening more werewolves jumped in front for a fight and my kind amongst the rest emerged forward in defence. "Who the fuck are you calling that?"

"Stay out of our business".

It was Werewolves against vampires at this point.

At that moment, Jeremy rush in with a guy I don't know from the crowd as they made way for them to pass through. He hurried towards where Amy scurried and crouched to her level instantly. "Are you okay?" He asked with worried eyes.

The music had stopped now, attracting more attention of the people outside as they rushed in to see what was happening.

The other guy beside him turned to look at me but I could only lock eyes briefly before Salvador dragged me out from the heat as we pushed through the crowd.

Everyone turned their necks back at me as I strolled out with him.

It was a mess.

A big mess I had caused in just a few minutes of being there. They all drifted apart to let me through as though I was a ticking bomb. As though I was a walking disaster.

The once lively, peaceful, and fun party everyone anticipated was now full of hate, argument, and cuss words all because of me.

I feel the panick and anger curse through me and before I know it, I am fighting with my emotions again. Salvador that pulled me tightened his grip on me, struggling to get me away from people that kept fighting their way to get into where the fight I had caused centered.

"It's Werewolves vs Vampires". Someone in the crowd yelled but I don't turn back.

Hell, I don't even know what I'm thinking at this point. My head was buzzing again.

This is the most irrational I have ever been and it was getting to me.

I don't even know when we strolled out of the house and when the choking scents stopped, but the next thing I felt was Salvador's grip on my wrist loosening and his thoughts pushing into my mind out of my control.

Oh no! What is he doing here?

My nostrils were evaded by that aggressive, suffocating very familiar scent of wood and masculinity before I know it, and out of reflex, my orbs rolled to where it came from.

Bale.

He was far from me but I could see him, my head still buzzing tactlessly as though I was possessed by something.

His hair was damp. He was in a plain black Tee and sweatpants, looking as though he just came back from a jog.

As he strolled towards where we stood, for a brief moment there, His golden eyes meet mine, as they remained on me, trailing from my head to my toes.
