"A weakling like you cannot be my master!" declared the woman in the black rose-patterned dress, Morgana.
In Morgan's dream realm, the young man saw he was standing in a vast garden. However, it was not the splendor and tranquility of the garden that Morgan saw, but the devastation and heart-wrenching scene.
Piles of knights in armor overlapped each other, creating a horrific scene of mountains of the human dead. The trees, flowers, and grasses in the garden were burned by the scorching black flames.
Only Morgan was unaffected by any of it, either the fire or the death of the knights. Morgan's eyes shot up, watching a woman in a ragged dress standing over a mountain of human dead bodies.
The woman's gaze was fixed on Morgan, her eyes burning bright red in the pitch black.
"Who are you?" asked Morgan.
In the blink of an eye, the woman with the bright red eyes stood right before Morgan. Morgan rounded his eyes wide; the face, beauty, and aura of the woman before him were familiar.
"Morgana?!" asked Morgan.
"I am your death!" Morgana powerfully swung her right hand forward, hitting Morgan straight in the solar plexus, causing him to flinch in pain.
The blow created a huge magical energy field that appeared in front of Morgan's body. Morgan was thrown away from the burning garden and fell into a cliff.
Morgan saw the garden floating in the sky as it continued to burn in black flames until it was destroyed. Morgan felt his body falling from the height of the sky at high speed without being able to do anything else to save his life.
'Is this the truth of Morgana Le Fay?'
.
.
"Huh?"
Morgan opened his eyes quickly while the feeling of horror was still in his heart, especially after witnessing the moment the sky garden caught fire and the pile of armor knights died horribly. He got up from the bed and felt his body weak.
[Warning!]
[MP capacity is below the minimum]
[Mana recovery needed immediately]
The notification panel appeared without Morgan expecting it. The young man had already realized it; summoning a servant in his unworthy condition would definitely have its own consequences.
'Good thing I didn't die when the summoning happened,' Morgan explained to himself.
The door to Morgan's bedroom opened. Morgan averted his eyes and looked in that direction. A maid arrived with a tray containing a bowl of warm water and a dry cloth. She came to wipe Morgan's body, especially the parts of the body that were not covered by clothes.
"Y-Young Master?" the maid asked, startled enough to drop the tray and shatter the bowl.
"Watch out, that shard of glass could hurt you," Morgan explained.
"Ah, I'm sorry. I have to tell Lady Romarich about this." The maid hurriedly left Morgan's room to deliver the message about Morgan's consciousness. The door was left open, a curious Morgan tried to make his way out of bed.
BUGH!
The surge of magical energy in his body distracted his mind, his head dizzy, and his eyesight swayed. Morgan tried to keep himself from falling by leaning his hands against the room wall.
'W-What's happening to me?' Morgan asked.
Alisha and Mira arrived at Morgan's room. Both women were shocked that Morgan was awake and trying to stand up as best he could.
Alisha came over to help Morgan, while Mira went to the Romarich mages to ask her to check Morgan's condition.
"Thank goodness you're awake. Your body is still weak, and the mana capacity is drastically reduced. You should rest," Alisha pleaded, leading her son, who had gone through life and death in his gamble for servant summoning, back to his bed.
"How long have I been fainting?" asked Morgan, sleeping on his back on the bed.
"One week. We weren't able to recover your mana before you woke up. So, the effects of the servant summoning must still be affecting you," Alisha explained, pulling the blanket for Morgan.
SLAP!
Alisha slapped Morgan across the face, startling the other maids. Morgan also gasped in shock but afterward felt the warmth of a mother's care. Alisha embraced Morgan's body tightly and attentively as if she had missed Morgan after a while.
"I forbid you to call servant because I don't think you're worthy yet. The consequence is death. Did you know that?" asked Alisha, still hugging her son's body.
"I'm sorry," Morgan whispered, looking down guiltily.
Alisha began to smile as she removed her embrace from Morgan's body, gently rubbing her son's cheeks, which turned out to be stronger than she had thought.
"But you proved yourself. My opinion of you was completely wrong. You managed to summon an S-rank servant," Alisha explained, feeling proud.
"The power of the Romarich family is becoming strong. That's thanks to you, Morgan."
Mira came in with a mage, a healer, who could check a person's condition. Morgan and Alisha looked back; Alisha smiled at Mira's arrival.
The mage walked over to Morgan, standing just to the left of the bed. Her hand stretched forward, revealing her magic circle.
[High Magic: Sacred Waterfall Rains]
Water droplets fell gently on Morgan's body. The dizziness in his head slowly subsided, as did the aches he felt in other parts of his body. Alisha and Mira continued to watch the process.
"How was it?" asked Alisha.
"Don't worry, Lady Romarich. He's fine, but his mana capacity hasn't fully recovered yet," explained the mage, a woman.
"Thank goodness. As for mana recovery, Mira and I can do that for Morgan," added Alisha.
After she felt nothing wrong, the mage said goodbye and left after completing her task. Now, Alisha and Mira had to carry out the task of recovering Morgan's mana.
[High Magic: Natural Energy Transformation]
Alisha and Mira brought up their magic circles, transmitting the natural energy that had been converted into mana through their bodies to Morgan.
That type of magic was not elemental magic but non-elemental. In addition to restoring the user's mana, it can also help restore other people's mana on the condition that the person has difficulty or has not learned the magic.

Morgan saw his body light up colorfully, a light that was neither so bright nor so faint. Slowly, he felt a certain amount of mana enter his body, returning his condition to the original state before the summoning was done.
After fifteen minutes passed, the mana recovery process was complete. Morgan tried to stand up and felt that his body was already fit enough, but it was only a matter of time before his mana fully recovered.
"Thank you, Mom and Aunt Mira," Morgan expressed.
Alisha nodded happily. Not only Morgan's mana was restored, but their mana was also restored thanks to the natural energy.
"The representative from Trident came to pick you up the other day. However, after I told them about your condition, they said they would pick you up again after you wake up," Alisha replied.
"Does Cillian know that I have a servant?" asked Morgan, Alisha shook her head.
"No, he doesn't. I haven't told anyone other than the Romarich family."
"Is that so? I want to know what my servant looks like for sure," said Morgan.
"Morgana!"
The situation turned silent; there was no response from Morgan's servant. Morgan squinted, again calling Morgana several times, even in a loud voice. However, she remained a no-show.
"Did something happen to her?" asked Morgan, worried.
"There are two ways to find out the condition of your servant. First, through your system. Second, through the magic pattern on your left chest," Alisha replied, raising two fingers of her right hand to Morgan.
"The magic pattern on my left chest?" Morgan reflexively opened his sleeping pajamas and saw a red light appear on his left chest in an abstract pattern, not forming anything. Alisha pointed to Morgan's left chest, saying her servant was still alive.
"That means she didn't answer your call," Alisha said.
"Not answering my call? Am I not the master? She should have obeyed my words," Morgan explained, annoyed.
"The relationship between master and servant is like a master and slave. Some servants are easy to accept, others are difficult. The only way to build trust between you is to understand each other," added Mira.
"In short, you have to understand what your servant is like, whether it's her history, powers, or behavior. That way, the relationship between the two of you will improve," Alisha explained.
'I didn't expect it to be that difficult,' said Morgan.
"Is there any other way to get her to obey and trust me other than talking to her? She already doesn't accept my calls; it'll be hard for me to talk to her directly."
Alisha and Mira were silent for a moment. The two then looked at each other with Mira, who seemed to respond with a nod.
"There is," Alisha replied.
"What is it?"
"You have to give her an expansion," Alisha explained.
"Expansion?" asked Morgan, confused.
"Expansion is a method to increase a servant's power until it reaches its best. There are four expansions, from the first to the final expansion," said Alisha.
"Right now, your servant is in the first expansion, which means she is in the weakest power. You need to give her the second expansion, after which she might consider you as her master," said Alisha.
"Then, what do I have to do to be able to do the expansion?" asked Morgan.
"It's using sacred artifacts. You have to ask what kind of sacred artifact your servant needs. The higher the servant's expansion, the harder the sacred artifacts you'll need."
'I didn't expect there to be so many things to do after getting a servant. I guess, with this summoning, it is done,'
Alisha walked up to Morgan with her right hand holding Morgan's shoulder, "Don't worry. You can do it."
[I don't want to do servant expansion with you!]
Morgan heard a strange sound in his ears, a sound that neither Alisha nor Mira could hear. Morgan guessed it was coming from Morgana.
"I want to be strong with you. That's why I believe in your strength," declared Morgan, Alisha and Mira looked at each other in astonishment.
[Strong with me? You're nothing but a pathetic burden to me!]
"Tch!"
"I will be strong, with or without you. I'll make sure you follow my words!" Morgan stated firmly.
[How ignorant!]
