Learn basic summoning spells, summoning minor creatures or weapons. Decreases the cost of summoning by one point per level. (Requires Summoning skill tree at Level 01)
Ghost Arrow cost fifteen MP, so I could decrease its cost by sixty-six percept. Considering its difficulty, it made sense that I couldn't drop its cost to one. Those arrows could only last for sixty seconds, though. Not even storing them in my backpack could change that. Still, I kept summoning them over those three days as long as I had magic.
