Aric's story began on a night of wonder. As an infant, he was left at the entrance of Moonshadow Glen, a secluded village known for its expertise in herbs and potions. Moonshadow Glen is situated in a hidden valley surrounded by dense, ancient forests and tall, protective mountains. Its location is intentionally remote to maintain secrecy and safety. The village is picturesque, with quaint stone cottages covered in ivy, narrow cobblestone paths, and blooming gardens filled with magical plants. A river with crystal-clear water flows through the village, providing a serene and peaceful ambiance.
The villagers, curious about the mysterious arrival, were even more intrigued by the unusual brightness of the stars that night. The sky seemed to celebrate Aric's arrival, with stars blinking and shimmering as if heralding the birth of someone extraordinary.
Elda Moonshadow, a wise and gentle sorceress, found the baby and decided to raise him as her own. She named him Aric and nurtured him with love and care, teaching him the ways of herbs and potions. Moonshadow Glen, hidden away from the rest of the world, was a peaceful sanctuary where the villagers lived in harmony with nature, their lives intertwined with the magic that flowed through the very air they breathed.

The dream left him puzzled and curious about its meaning. One morning, after another vivid dream, he decided to ask Elda about it.
"Elda, I've been having this dream where all the stars align to form one bright star. It feels like it's pointing to me. What does it mean?" Aric asked, his eyes filled with wonder and confusion.
Elda, though wise and knowledgeable, could not provide an answer. "I don't know, dear Aric. The stars often hold mysteries beyond our understanding. Perhaps it is a sign of something yet to come."

Aric stared at the letter in astonishment. "Since when did I apply to this school, Elda?"
