"Precisely"

Myne puffed up her chest as she said those words with confidence. Garp, Bogard, and the other marines were shocked, as Devil Fruits were extremely rare, especially in the Blues.

Garp closed his jaws from shock and said, "Where did you get these Devil Fruits? These aren't artificial, are they?"

Myne frowned and answered, "Of course they're not! These are special devil fruits that aren't even in the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia that are given by the World Government!"

Bogard pondered and questioned, "Then doesn't that make it more unbelievable? How are you guys trustable?"

Myne looked at Bogard and answered, "Well, quite frankly, we don't care. You don't have to buy from us. We're only selling this for profit, and that's that."

Garp frowned and barked back, "Merchants from a country I have never heard of, products I have never heard of, and now 10 Devil Fruits that aren't in the Devil Fruit Encyclopedia… For all we know, you guys are pirates, or people that's trying to recreate Devil Fruits."

Myne frowned and said, "Well Mr. Marine. If you aren't gonna buy, please move aside. If you're looking for a fight, with us lowly merchants, then my 2 friends would love to fight."

All Might sweated and commented, "Y-Young Myne"

The marines began to readied their weapons. However, Garp just sighed and signaled the Marines to stop.

"We'll destroy the island if we fought" Stated Garp

The marines were now questioning the strength of the merchants.

Garp looked at Myne and said, "Fine. I'll buy all of them"

Myne glanced at Garp and walked inside the Tavern while saying, "Nope"

"W-What?! But you said you're selling them!"

"Well, fine. But you can only buy 3 fruits."

After negotiating with Myne, Garp finally gave in and accepted the conditions.

"So, do you know what these fruits do?"

Myne smiled and said, "Of course! His majesty gave me our own Devil Fruit Encyclopedia!"

"Hmmm… Go on, tell me what they are."

Myne pulled out a sack of Devil Fruits. She pulled out a random fruit and began to explain, "Lets see… Ah, this one!"

Myne Pulled out a fruit with white cloud spiky patterns.

"This is called Kumo Kumo No Mi (Cloud). It's a logia type Devil Fruit that allows the user to create, manipulate, and transform into a cloud. Not only can this Devil Fruit control normal clouds, it can manipulate clouds to where they can release lightning and rain. Furthermore, the user can release winds that reach high speeds."

'This… They have logia type Devil Fruits?! Even if it was a weaker one, It'll still be worth it for me to buy it for the marines… However, a logia type Devil Fruit that I have never heard of, and it doesn't sound that bad either…' Thought Garp

"Is your Devil Fruit Encyclopedia trustworthy? And how much is this fruit?" Asked Garp

Myne furrowed her brows and said, "Of course it is. And for Devil Fruits, it varies. This specific Devil Fruit is 150 Million barries."

'So cheap!' Thought every marine

"You're selling Devil Fruits at such low prices… If I find out these are fakes, I'll find you" Said Garp

Although skeptical whether the Devil Fruits are real, Garp has yet to fully accept that the Devil Fruits are fakes. And the reason for that is because of Escanor and All Might. Garp thought that two strong individuals wouldn't stoop so low as to sell fake Devil Fruits for such low amounts.

"I told you already, we don't care if you trust us or not. If we really are trying to scam you, we would be selling all 10 of our fruits. You're lucky enough to even get three."

Garp blinked a few times and said, "Fine, fine! Bogard! Go call the HQ and tell them to send that monkey bastard here and bring some money!"

Bogard nodded and quickly went to the ship to call HQ

Garp looked at Myne once more and said, "Ok, explain the other Devil Fruits!"

"Gladly."

Myne took out another fruit. This time, a fruit resembling a white clock appeared. The others stopped and questioned what it was, although they were already guessing that it had something to do with time.

Their intrigued on the fruit was soon answered as Myne began to explain, "This fruit is a paramecia type Devil Fruit called the Jikan Jikan No Mi (Time). This fruit allows the user to summon a white clock that ticks every second. The user can only use the power of time whenever the clock is summoned. Once summoned, the user can slow, fasten, and rewind time.

However, there are some weaknesses to the Devil Fruit. The user can only rewind time to the time when he summoned the clock. Furthermore, once he rewinds time, the clock will be broken and all abilities cannot be used until the clock can be summoned once more. And lastly, the clock can only be summoned thrice a day, every 8 hours."

Silence echoed throughout the island as people heard about the abilities of the fruits. It was soon broken by Garp asking, "When slowing down time, can it affect the user as well?"

Myne smiled and answered, "Great question. The answer is no. The User will not be affected by the slowing down of time and it can be broken by Haki. If the opponent's Haki is strong enough, they will be able to negate the debuffs. Furthermore, Observation future sight can easily negate the ability, as you would still see his future attacks."

Garp furrowed his brows and pondered, 'She even knows future sight… And even though it has many setbacks, the fruit can still be used as a support fruit, and plus the user would have 3 lives per day.'

Myne reached for another fruit from the back and picked a fruit that looked gloomy. The fruit was dark red with spirally patterns and had a dark fog covering it.

Myne cleared her throat catching the attention of the others and began to speak, "Anyway, this fruit is another paramecia type Devil Fruit named: Osore Osore No Mi (Fear). This Fruit allows the user to summon an invisible fog that, once inhaled, will cause fear and anxiety. Those who are affected by the mist will have unclear minds.

There is a huge setback for this fruit, and that is the fact that once they realize that there is a fog/Devil Fruit that is affecting their minds, then the fog will be ineffective."

Garp began to ponder once more about the usefulness of the fruit, 'Another great support fruit… They haven't even shown a fruit that's useless…'

Garp looked at the fruit and pointed at it, "Can that fruit's fog affect your allies?"

"No, as the user can manipulate the fog" Answered Myne

As the two talked, Garp noticed Bogard walking towards him.

"Admiral Kizaru has been called, and will be bringing 1.5 Billion Barries here." Stated Bogard
