"...Thank you." Giving me a hug I return the gesture in the name of bromance.
"Stop Ignoring me!"
"Your welcome anytime. But what just happened with you guys?" Bringing the Pichu with me and navigating our way through the morning crowd we leave Gold behind. "It's nothing much, something about your trainer somehow knowing his name. We left her a couple blocks away."
Nodding as I open the door to the restaurant which is named the Mareep Cafe. "Sit with me." I take the Pichu back to my previous table which has been cleaned and the money left on the table has been taken.
"So, who are you? Your trainer knew us which is pretty weird considering I've never seen you before." Calling over the same waitress as before I point at the menu over a classic waffle while pointing at Pibu.
"Huh?..Oh! Ok!" The waitress takes the menu and leaves us. "Now that that's done. My trainer has heard of you as Gold is one of the few Pokedex holder's in the world, don't ask how she found that out I don't even know. She was trying to speak with your trainer for some reason, I was supposed to help but that was way to bothersome."
The Pichu nods along and not before long the waitress comes back with a stack of waffles and while I ddin't ask for it she also came back with a milkshake that has two straws in it. As she does so she gives me a wink before leaving quickly. '...Does she thinks I'm trying to....I'm not gonna think about it but at least she tried to be a wingman or wingwoman I guess.'
Pibu wastes no time and starts tearing into the waffles. "So your here because she wants to talk with Gold?" Nodding as I take a sip of the milkshake before sliding it over to Pibu. 'Fucking cotton candy. Who the hell thinks cotton candy is good as a milkshake, how did they even get that as a flavor?'
Pibu takes a sip of the milkshake and makes a scrunched up face before sliding it back to me Pibu continues to speak. "If that's it I guess its fine, though Gold's still got the wrong idea."
"It doesn't matter much now that Amelia knows that he's here she won't let him escape before speaking to him at least once." Taking another disgusting sip of the milkshake I endure its overpowering flavor. "Amelia? Is that the name of your trainer?"
"Yep. She's a little wild sometimes which I guess can be a little disturbing when she's causing you down. I suppose I should tell you my name I'm Kage or D, whichever you want to call me."
Pibu at my introduction stops tearing into his waffles and gets up on the table. "Well you already know this but I'm Pibu! I'm the greatest Pichu in this region by far!" His chest pumps up in pride of a potentially wrong statement.
Although its decently funny coming from a small body like himself, letting out a little chuckle. "Sure you are buddy! Well if your gonna show me up like that I'm the great Eevee in this side of the world!"
Responding to his statement in likeness he gets a smirk on his face at my exclamation. As this happens the door opens forcefully as not only Gold but Amelia walk into the store and immediately spot the both of us.
Giving a side eye to Pibu I say. "I told you she won't let him leave without speaking to him once at least." Hearing a low 'whatever' in response I smirk a little before both Gold and Amelia walk up to us both visibly dirtied.
In Unison: "Let's go Kage!" "Let's go Pibu!" Both scowl a bit before they turn to each other and start barking a couple of fighting words at each other. '....How'd it gets this bad? Knowing Amelia she's gonna say something like "If you've got such a problem let's battle about it!" Or something but she wouldn't do something that stereotypical...Right?'
"If you've got such a problem let's battle about it!" 'fuck.'
"Fine then! We can have a battle! I'll kick your ass with my hands tied behind my back!" 'Double fuck.'
"Oh really! Your all bark no bite! I'll give you a little slack I'll only use Kage when I destroy you!"
"You think I need you to go easy on me I'll be at you black and blue just with Pibu here!"
'Triple fuck.' Looking over at Pibu who looks just as confused as I am I give him the best shrug I can while I'm being held by Amelia. "If your so sure let do it right now! Let's go to the Pokecenter and decide this!"
Amelia storms out of the cafe with Gold on her tail and she somehow through pure anger perfectly remembers where the Pokecenter is. Entering the Pokecenter nurse Joy gives them a look over but before she can speak Amelia and Gold rush outside. 'Rude.'
"Let's hurry this up! Unlike you I have things I need to do other than stalking people." Gold lets down Pibu after we get to the arena. "I didn't- whatever Kage! Let's do this!" Putting me don't and getting in position she begins the countdown.
