Chapter 6 - Part 1-5

Barkın's body trembled with fear as he remembered the pain he had felt. He was surprised that he was still able to maintain his sanity. His clothes were soaked with sweat. When he put his head between his legs and took a slow and deep breath, he came to with the pain of the wounds opening up on his body.

It was just like in the video Doctor Ozan showed. Random wounds were forming on his body for no reason. They were deep and quite painful. But these wounds were nothing to Barkın compared to the pain he had experienced before. The wounds were first on his hands, then on his arms. Then they continued to spread to cover his entire body. The bench he was sitting on was stained with blood flowing from the wounds. It was possible to hear the blood dripping from the bench to the ground. The environment was very lonely and quiet.

As the wounds opened up to cover Barkın's entire body, Barkın was surprised that he had not lost consciousness from blood loss or pain. He did not think that any living creature in the world could withstand this. So why could he withstand this? He did not know, but he wanted to know.

The opening of the wounds slowed down over time. Then they stopped completely. Barkın saw the wounds suddenly begin to close. Ozan suddenly began to heal, as the doctor showed in the video, the wounds were completely closing. Even his face, which was completely white from the blood he had lost as the wounds closed, began to gain color. He could not see his own face, but he could feel that he was healing.

"How is this possible?" he asked himself.

This situation, these events were not normal at all. It was not something that would happen to a normal person. However, since Barkın had no other choice at the moment, he had to accept what had happened no matter what.

Over time, Barkın's wounds had completely healed. The color had returned to his face once again and all his pain had ended. Barkın felt that he had regained the blood he had lost, but how? He was incomprehensible. It was a fact that he had completely returned to normal, except for feeling psychologically tired. Now he could even stand up normally. Still, he did not get up. Thinking about all these events, he leaned himself against the bench. He continued to sit on the bloody bench. All the wounds on his body had completely closed, but the blood flowing from those wounds had soaked his entire clothes. If someone passing by saw him, they would either think he was seriously injured or a murderer.

He remained leaning against the bench. He did not even move for a while. Everything was like a dream, but it was too real to be a dream, and the blood dripping from the bench to the ground was proof that everything that had happened was real.

"What kind of situation am I in?" he asked quietly.

He raised his head towards the sky where the sun had already set and started looking at the stars. He was no longer thinking about anything. Because he was aware that thinking was of no use to him and was illogical. He decided to completely empty his mind.

1 minute.

1 hour.

As time continued to pass, he continued to stare blankly at the sky. Just when he thought everything was over, his head started spinning once more and then he started to lose consciousness.

When he opened his eyes once more, he found himself alone in a huge area where there was nothing but wet soil with not even grass on it. When he saw this place again, he jumped out of his seat in fear.

"NO!!!" he shouted. "NO WAY AGAIN!!!"

No matter how much he shouted, it was useless. The monsters appeared once more. They caught him once more and once more they tore him apart and ate him alive. Nothing had changed. When he regained consciousness, he was in great pain again like the last time. He screamed in pain again until his voice became hoarse, he rolled on the ground but this time he did not cry. He realized that the pain he felt this time was less than the previous one. It was still enough to drive a person crazy, but it didn't make him cry.

This pain continued for a while. Then the pain gradually diminished and finally stopped completely. Nothing happened until he pulled himself together again, but the moment he pulled himself together, he saw that the wounds on his body had started to open up again. Again, deep and many wounds had opened up, but this time he noticed that they were less deep and fewer in number than before. It was a change that was too small to be noticed by a normal person. But Barkın, who had experienced it himself, could understand it. He also felt that the pain from the wounds had decreased a little.

"How is this possible?" he thought.

He didn't know the reason for this change, but Barkın was in a miserable state that he would be happy even in this situation. After the wounds opened and healed completely, he started waiting. He didn't know if he would go there again. After all, this incident had happened just a few minutes ago. This time, he waited for hours, but nothing happened. That's when he could breathe a sigh of relief.

"Ah. Very well."

Barkın couldn't see his own terrible state in the park, but he could understand that he was not well at all. He was aware that he couldn't go anywhere in this situation and that there was no one who could help him.

"Help?" he thought.

When he thought about this, only his brother Ozan came to mind.

"How pathetic that the only person who can help me is someone I just met." he thought. Still, knowing that the only person who knew his situation and could help him was Doctor Ozan, he immediately picked up his phone. He called his brother Ozan. There was silence on the other end of the phone for a few seconds until Doctor Ozan spoke.

"Hello. Is there a problem?" the doctor asked. Since they had saved each other's numbers before, Ozan knew that his brother Barkın was calling. In this case, Barkın got to the point immediately and said that what he experienced in the hospital had happened to him again. He hadn't mentioned his dreams or the monsters, but he shared many unrealistic details.

"Are you okay now? Where are you?" he asked immediately. It was obvious from Ozan's voice that he was worried.

Barkın didn't say anything about whether he was okay. Because even he didn't know if he was okay. So he just told him where he was.

Okay. I'll be back in a few minutes, wait for me." Ozan said and hung up.

About half an hour later, Barkın's phone rang. Doctor Ozan was calling on the phone. Doctor Ozan told Barkın that he had come to the park and was waiting at the outer gate. Only then did Barkın get up from the bloody bench. Without thinking, he walked towards the entrance of the park, hiding. There was no one in the park and even if there had been, no one would have seen him in this darkness, but Barkın still felt the need to hide. He didn't want anyone to see him in this bad state where they could misunderstand him.

When he arrived at the entrance of the park, he saw his brother Ozan under the traffic light, next to a car with its door open.
