Heaven: A peaceful place filled with angels, sky beasts, and air golems.
Maestro was surrounded by flames. A dark place where the light only came from fire. Maestro felt the ground shaking as a giant skeleton rose from the ground. Maestro was terrified from what he was seeing. The skeleton stood tall over Maestro as he was the size as a bug to it. Suddenly the giant skeleton had yelled out Makeshift which made Maestro's eyes widened in shock.
He wakes up in a panic from what he calls a nightmare. He starts to calm down as he realizes it was over, and that tomorrow was his birthday. Maestro gets out of bed, and starts getting ready for the day. He decided to go for a walk to the park. While walking there he notices a cloud following him. He was sure it was following him due to the fact that the other clouds were going in the opposite direction. He couldn't really tell what was happening so he ignored it for now. Once arriving at the park, he sat on a hilltop, and was shocked to see the cloud again. Confusingly staring at it as it stares back.
Later on night arrived, and Maestro gets ready for bed excited for the next day. However, after going to sleep he had the same nightmare from before. He woke up in a panic, and tried to go back to sleep only to return to the same thing. This process would happen multiple times that night until he decided to stay up for the rest of the night. As morning rises Maestro was very sleepy. His father thought he was he wasn't feeling well so he cancelled the plans for today postponing them till tomorrow. He tells Maestro to go for a walk to help wake up. He agrees with his father's statement, and leaves the house.
While walking he decides to go back to the park to chill at the hilltop. On his way there he noticed the strange cloud from yesterday still following him. He looks at it with a little more concern, but due to him being so sleepy he kinda shrugged it off. After arriving to the park he starts walking around noticing that no one else was there. He continues his walk heading towards the hilltop, but saw a shadow appear getting larger in size. He turned around, and looked up to see the cloud getting closer. Maestro was questioning what he saw, but he wasn't hallucinating. The cloud was really getting closer.
As it approached Maestro it started to condense itself into a humanoid figure with smoke coming out of his head. Maestro was terrified seeing this happen in front of him. He nervously asked who he was, and what he was. He told Maestro that his name was Sylo Airborne, and that he's an air nomad. He also states that he had came here just to see him calling him Makeshift. Hearing that name caused Maestro's head to start hurting. He started seeing images from his nightmares pop up as he grunts in pain. Suddenly fire bursted from his eyes which made Sylo happy. He tells Maestro that this was good, and that he's starting to remember.
He then took a deep breath, and blew smoke towards Maestro. His vision was blurred by the fog, and he couldn't see. He starts to panic closing his eyes as the head ache gets worse. Sylo yells out asking if he was just gonna crawl up like a baby, or is he gonna fight. Rushing him telling him to hurry up, and decide still calling him Makeshift. Maestro's eyes open as he generates his signature hand fire blade, and slice through the smoke. He looks at his hand in amazement that it's completely covered in fire. He gets a blurry flashback of his first time making the fire blade. Sylo yells out to quit daydreaming as he swipes Maestro in the air with cloud bending. As he falls down Maestro does a front flip, and slashed downwards splitting Sylo in half.
Maestro exhaled in relief thinking the fight was over, but was caught off guard by Sylo turning into smoke reforming himself. Maestro got in a fighting stance pointing the fire blade towards Sylo stating that he'll just have to keep slicing him. Sylo calms Maestro down telling him that they no longer need to fight. Stating that he accomplished what he was trying to do. Maestro was confused, and asked what he meant by that. Sylo replied that he wanted to see if Makeshift still had his powers. Maestro deactivated his fire blade telling Sylo that that's not his name, and to stop calling him that. Sylo responded that Makeshift used to be his name. At least that what he inferred from his visions. His statement confused Maestro even more. Sylo then started to refer him by his name as Maestro, and tell him some important information. That he is not a human, but a demon.
