Mia was so glad the holidays were over,no Sara to pest her and finally she'll get to see her best friend Kara and also Ryan.she wore her white shirt and her short skirt including a neck tie and jacket,Mia was a fan of her school uniform.She packed her hair in ponytail style, applied red lipstick and she was set to go.
she soon arrived at school and she could see everyone chitchatting about one thing or the other,she so much miss this sight.
With a smile as radiant as the sun she searched for Kara with her eyes,she still haven't told her of What Nath said about Ryan having a thing for her.
she was still searching for her best person in the world when someone hugged her from behind"hey bestie,I missed you so much", she said planting soft kisses on Mia's cheeks.
Mia didn't seem interested in her act at all,Kara had been spending the vacation with her boyfriend Jason as her parents were out for work.

"And you believed his lies,"she laughed and Mia felt hurt.She wished she would get a chance to prove it to her that she was saying the truth.
Mia was still in thought when everyone started screaming"lady's heart," she was brought back from the land of thought by the noise everyone was making.

Kara tapped Mia's shoulder"Where you talking about this Ryan?"Mia hissed and brushed her hands off her shoulders.
Ryan just kept smiling the whole time,just as he was about to use the elevator he had an eye contact with Mia and she immediately looked away.

Just then a girl standing close to Mia whom he assumed to be her best friend yelled"I'll name my son after you,"
Ryan immediately turned to her direction,he knew this was the right time to talk to Mia.
"Please be quiet"Mia scolded Kara for speaking without thinking it through.
"he's coming this way," Kara said tapping her numerous times as she giggled

"nice meeting you," Ryan shook hands with Kara.Kara was confused to why Ryan came to her,buh her question was answered not too long.

Mia couldn't believe she was actually having a conversation with Ryan already,she wasted no time in answering him"I'm fine", she said returning his smile and passing Kara a look that said"I told you"
just when the conversation started the bell went"oh I'll need to grab a front seat"Mia said to herself
And like he was reading her thoughts"it's a next time I guess" Ryan said and Mia nodded.
Although she wanted to walk him to class so badly,she didn't want to give him a wrong impression just during their first official meeting.
