Amber's POV:
I hope that the talk that Kate and Dallas went well. I'm not going to found out until she comes back to the dorm. I really do hope that they start dating but then again I don't, maybe I should look around town to see if there's any singles night that I can go to. Oh but I'm too scared to go alone, I'm more of a shy person and don't feel comfortable talking to others I don't know, but I want to start meeting someone, I think it's time to get myself out there and start meeting people.

While Amber was looking online for some places that they have singles night, Kate came in their dorm and rushed to Amber quickly and hug her very tight. Amber being confused and thinking that this hug is either a good or bad thing. "Oh Kate is everything okay? How did the talk go with Dallas." Kate with a smile on her face, "Amber, thank you." Amber giving her a confused look, "Thanks for what?" "Amber, he said that he wanted to try it and see if it works out, bestie, when he said that I felt that he might be the one for me, I don't know I just have that feeling." "That's great Kate! I'm so happy for you." "Thank you Amber for giving me the advice, oh what are you looking at"? Amber closed her laptop nervously, "Uhhhh nothing..... just.....haha looking at pictures of turtles, different types haha..... uhhhh anyways we better get to bed it's kinda late. Okay good night bestie love you see you tomorrow." "Oh....oh okay? Good night bestie, love you see you tomorrow?" Kate was confused on what Amber was doing, it's not like her to hide stuff from her.
Kate POV:
Okay something is strange, why did Amber close her laptop like that? Is she planning to do something? Maybe it's something to do for me and her and wants to surprise me? I don't know but whatever it is I hope that she's okay. Anyways I can't believe that Dallas and I are together it feels like yesterday when we first met in middle school, we weren't that close then but it like he just changed over the summer and we started talking a lot in freshman year of high school. It's crazy how time flew by, I should get some rest now.

The next day came and both of the girls were busy in the classes and work, Amber was at the food court working on a assignment with her partner Callie, she is in the same year has Amber. "So Callie what made you want to join UDC-CC?" "Well the reason is because I liked the program that they offer for nursing, it's very supportive and it prepares me to work, now what made you want to come here?" "Well I would say the same thing, I'm very interested in learning about better nutrition and learn about the health of the human body." "Great! Were so going to get a good grade on this." Callie said with much energy. But Amber was looking at her laptop the whole time and made Callie feel like something was wrong. "Hey...ummm....Amber is everything okay? "Oh yeah it's fine hmmm...*sigh* okay hmmmm don't laugh at me but I'm looking for any place here that have singles night." "Awwwww Amber your ready to find love? Well there's nothing to be a shamed of, everyone wants to find someone, hey there's this event that is coming up this Friday maybe you and me can go to it?" "Are you sure? You don't have too." "Yes Amber, I'm sure, I'll swing by your dorm at 6:30 and I'll drive us okay?" Amber nodded and the girls both continue to do there work.
