"It's so cold. I'm glad we decided to stay here in the room instead of going out."
"Henry, I really need to tell you something. I don't want to start our marriage by hiding anything from you. I just don't know how to tell you without making you worried or upset with me."
"Liz, you're already making me worried."
"I knew you were hiding something from me since you delayed the wedding by almost an hour. Is it something about our baby?"
"No. Our baby is fine."
"Then tell me, Liz. Don't leave me like this, so anxious."
"Promise me you won't get angry. I don't want anything to ruin our honeymoon."
"Alright. Now, please, just tell me."
Liz told Henry everything...
After a while...
"I can't believe he did that to you. I'm so furious. You should have asked someone to call me."
"Henry, I was so scared that he might do something... like take me away. But when I mentioned our baby, I think he got scared something might happen to me or the baby. I was frozen, trembling. I couldn't even open the car window."
"And he only left the car when I managed to open the window and asked a young woman to call someone from the wedding organization."
"What I can't understand is why they left me alone in the car. Even the driver left."
"Penne promised to tell Nick everything, and he's going to try to find out what happened since he knows him."
"Are you upset with me?" Liz asked Henry, her eyes filling with tears.
"My love, how could I be upset with you? You went through all of this and still managed to walk down the aisle... You should have called your doctor to make sure everything was okay."
"I'm angry with him. And if I see him, I don't know what I might do."
"Forget about it, my love. The important thing is that we're married, here together on our honeymoon. And I want us to always be completely honest with each other. No matter what, we should never hide anything from one another."
"Is that why you were having nightmares while you were sleeping on the plane?"
"I think so."
Henry hugged her and said he loved her so much.
"Liz, I don't even know what I would do if something happened to you or our baby. Tomorrow, before anything else, I'm going to ask the hotel to call a doctor to check on you and make sure everything's okay."
"We're fine, don't worry."
"I think I'll need to hire a bodyguard for you now, so this doesn't happen again."
"Nothing like that. Let's live our lives normally, like always. He must be gone by now. I'm sure we won't see him again."
"And what about when you need to travel to check on the construction? You're not going alone. I'm going with you, and that's not up for discussion."
"Okay. Now I just need you to hug me, kiss me, and take me to bed. Tomorrow is a new day. I don't want to think about this anymore. I just want to forget."
Henry put on a romantic movie, and the two lay down close together.
Liz fell asleep on his chest while Henry admired her sleeping, thinking about how beautiful his wife was and how he needed to make sure nothing like this ever happened again.
When he realized Liz was sound asleep, he got up and went to the living room to call Nick. He asked if Penne had already told him what happened with Liz. Nick said yes.
"Do you know if he's still there or if he's already gone?"
"I think he left right after the incident."
"I wanted to ask you a favor. Could you find out the name of the driver who took Liz to the church and why he left her alone in the car? From here, I can't resolve this. Let me know if you find anything, please."
"Have a good night, and thank you so much, my friend."
Henry hung up and returned to the bedroom, lying down next to his beloved wife. He hugged her and continued watching the movie until he fell asleep too.
In the morning, Henry woke up and saw that Liz wasn't in bed. He got up to look for her and soon saw her coming out of the bathroom, looking a bit pale.
"Good morning, my love. What happened? Are you okay?"
"Good morning. It's nothing. I just woke up a little nauseous, but it'll pass. I took the medicine the doctor prescribed."
"I'll take a bath, and then we can have breakfast."
"Can I join you?"
"I'd love that," she replied.
"I'm sorry for leaving you watching the movie alone."
"It's fine. You were tired and needed to rest. I understand."
"Would you like to see a doctor to be sure everything is okay with you two?"
"Henry, we're fine. If I feel I need to, I'll tell you."
"Let's get ready and enjoy this beautiful place."
"Are you ready for our tour?"
"Definitely, my love."
The two went into the shower together, hugging.
While Liz was choosing what to wear, Henry was already dressed and sitting on the bed, watching her. She tried on three outfits, and every time she asked how she looked, he said she looked beautiful.
"Henry, you're not helping," Liz commented.
He replied, "But I'm telling the truth. They all look perfect on you. And if you keep changing in front of me, I'm going to end up taking those clothes off of you."
He came up to her in front of the mirror, hugging her and kissing her bare neck.
"Alright, I'm ready. Let's go."
The two went to have breakfast and then headed off for the first part of their tour.
