Chapter 4 - The unexpected Anger

After Angel Shang left the cell where Angel Green Yul was confined, he sensed something was amiss. The angel in charge of guarding the cell was nowhere to be seen. Suspicious, Shang decided to return to the cell, only to find the guard angel back in his place. Shang questioned the guard about his absence, to which the guard replied that he had gone to the garden for refreshment. Although this explanation seemed plausible, Shang's intuition told him otherwise. He advised Green Yul to stop accepting fruit from anyone else, promising to bring it to him personally. Green Yul, wise and perceptive, immediately understood that there was a plot to weaken his powers, potentially paving the way for the guard to become the new healer. When the guard later questioned Green Yul about Shang's visit, Green Yul maintained his silence, not revealing anything about their conversation.

Ten days later, Shang visited the celestial waters to bathe and was surprised to find Luci Kang, the Lord's second in command, already there. As Shang was about to leave, Luci Kang called out to him, saying, "Shang, Shang, come, let us discuss something of interest." Shang, sensing a trap, replied, "I serve only one master," and quickly left. His suspicions about Luci Kang's intentions grew stronger.

Seeking clarity, Shang went to the Lord's chambers to ask when the next prayer session would be held. The Lord informed him that it was scheduled to take place in five days. With this knowledge, Shang felt a bit more at ease but knew that he needed to remain vigilant.

On his way to the garden, Shang overheard a conversation that confirmed his worst fears. Angel Ching Mo, the angel in charge of the guard, was speaking with Angel Bang Lee about their plans to weaken Green Yul's powers. They believed that by diminishing Green Yul's strength, the Lord would be forced to appoint Ching Mo as the new healer. However, Bang Lee pointed out that Green Yul's power was natural and immutable, suggesting instead that their focus should shift to Angel Shang, who had become a pivotal figure in the kingdom.

Their plot required two crucial keys: one to the cell and the other to the fire lake prison, where Luci Kang's strong man was imprisoned following a failed attempt to overthrow the Godhead and His angels. Ching Mo laughed sinisterly, confident in their plan, and concluded the discussion with a dismissive, "Case closed."

Having overheard the entire conspiracy, Shang retreated to a secluded rock to contemplate his next move. He was acutely aware of the enormity of the situation and the fact that trust was now a rare commodity in the celestial realm. He needed to be careful, strategic, and above all, loyal to the true cause.

Meanwhile, Green Yul waited anxiously for the fruit that Shang had promised. As time passed, his anticipation grew. Finally, Shang arrived with the fruit. He leaned in close and whispered to Green Yul about the plot to release Luci Kang's strong man from the fire lake prison. Green Yul's eyes widened with anger and determination. He shouted, "Father! Father! Father!" with such intensity that he shook the gate of his cell. The Lord, deep in meditation, heard his cries but remained undisturbed, continuing his spiritual practice.

The kingdom was on the brink of a significant upheaval. The alliances between angels were being tested, and true intentions were beginning to surface. As the celestial realm prepared for the imminent power struggle, each angel's loyalty and strength would be put to the ultimate test, determining the future of their divine domain.
