Inside my hut I sat on the simple mat provided for meditation, the faint scent of sandalwood filling the air. The dim light of a single oil lamp flickered against the stone walls, casting long, shifting shadows. The silence around me was profound, broken only by the rhythmic sound of my breathing as I prepared myself for the trial ahead.
I focused on my Yogic Prana. In four years of Gurukul studies, I have unlocked my second chakra point, which is called the Svadhishthana Chakra, also known as the Sacral.
Svadhishthana is located two finger widths above the Muladhara chakra, i.e., in front of the body, just below the belly button.
