I nodded, eyes scanning the now-clearing mist as the silhouettes of heavily armed Naga warriors emerged. Their numbers were significant, a disciplined phalanx of serpentine bodies armed with a mix of spears, shields, and jagged blades. Their armour gleamed faintly with an eerie green glow, and they moved with an unsettling synchronicity, as if guided by a collective will.
"Of course it is," I muttered under my breath, gripping my bow tightly before swapping it for my sword once more. The air buzzed with tension, and I felt the weight of the impending clash settle over me. "They're not going to make this easy, are they?"
