My stomach was growling with hunger, as I hadn't been eating well for the past few days, but despite my protest, I didn't want to do it.
I entered the cold waters of the river and walked to the deepest part, I submerged myself in it letting the current take me, I wanted to lose myself in its totality, I wanted the water to erase me to become part of it.
I closed my eyes to forget about everything for a second, but at that moment my head felt heavy, it became cloudy....
