Alexis advanced with a smirk, "Long time no see, mother," his expression icy. There was not an ounce of respect in his demeanor. She was clearly taken aback, unable to utter a word. Sota chimed in, "Well, mother, we know the truth now. Care to explain?" The man rose to his feet, addressing Shuji, "I raised you to be a gentleman. I taught you how to choose your company, yet you surround yourself with such contemptible individuals. And you, boy," he turned to Alexis, "have you no respect for your mother? Is this how you were raised in the orphanage?" Alexis was on the verge of a sharp retort, but Shuji silenced him by placing a hand over his mouth. Shuji understood that when his father was angry, his wrath was unbearable, and he didn't want Alexis to face his punishment in the next moment they met.
Soohi stood up, looking unapologetic. "I should have told you earlier, but you have a half sister and Onga is your step father," she declared. Sota smirked and greeted Onga, "Hello, step father. Pleasure to meet you." Onga sneered, "You were always the favorite, weren't you? No wonder you have manners. But you lack respect for your mother. It's fine. I'll make sure to change that over time." Sota retorted, "You won't be instilling anything, step father. What will happen is a big family reunion. Everyone, including mom's older brother, her younger sister, our step brother, and half sister, will be there." Rei and Koji simply watched as the (younger for Rei and older for Koji) individuals resolved their differences. Suddenly, Rei's brother phoned in, questioning, "Where are you? I'm on my way." Rei attempted to persuade him otherwise, but it was futile. Onga remarked, "That will have to wait until Wednesday, let's see if you can handle the anticipation." Alexis nonchalantly nodded before rolling her eyes. Rei and Koji exited the scene as Shuji and Sota discussed the alleged half-sister.
