It's been half a year since Togiri and Fang have known about Kastriot and almost a year since Togiri started living with Fang's family.
Togiri and Fang have been training for half a year together every day. Both became strong enough to fight in the top classes of the Heaven's Arena, but their foundation were still too weak to fight real Nen users.
Togiri reached the limit of his knowledge in teaching Fang Nen. Without a teacher they just continued to hone their basics.
Both trained their Hatsu with water divenation but held off on making an ability.
Togiri and Fang managed to beat a couple of amateur Nen users on the 200th floor, but still held no candle to real Nen users.
Togiris Nen type was Conjuration and Fangs was Manipulation. Togiri wasn't very surprised since their personalities were hinting at it.
●Conjurers are typically high-strung or overly serious and stoic. They are often on guard to be cautious. They are very observant and logical, rarely falling into traps.
Being able to analyze things calmly is the strength of Conjurers. Many of the items that conjurers create are often used by them in a very deliberate and practical, logical fashion.
●Manipulators are logical people who advance at their own pace. They are all for arguments and tend to want to keep their families and loved ones safe.
On the other hand, when it comes to pursuing their own goals, they do not listen to what others might have to say about it.
While manipulators often use techniques that allow them to control their opponents they also prefer to use an inanimate medium to control that can be used versatility (such as smoke or pieces of paper hardened with Shu).
Having trained every day with an opponent equal if not stronger than him made Togiri grow faster than ever.

Togiri and Fang were exchanging blows in the arena. All chairs were filled and the spotlight shined on them.
Kids, the elderly, and many young girls were either sitting or standing but all were cheering.
"Come on! What's wrong?" yelled Fang out of breath. His shirt was drenched and he wiped the sweat off his forehead.
"I can't focus. I saw another store getting robbed today on the way here." exclaimed Togiri a little out of breath.
"They are forcing now even auntie Selma to pay protection money. Let's talk about this later, after I beat you!" said Fang smiling like a cheeky brat.
This seemed like a completely different Togiri that crossed over, broke his fist as a 6-year-old, and almost killed his opponent off his first time in the Heaven Arena.
Fang dashed forward in a straight line toward Togiri, disappearing suddenly. Togiri looked sideways, then up, squinting against the stadium lights.
Fang was in the air, several meters above him. Spinning rapidly, he attacked with his feet.
"Your Fang Drill got better, but just like your attack names, nobody is impressed," Togiri taunted. 'If only this earth had Super Mario, then he knew how dumb his attack would look, and it's also very impractical.'
Togiri dodged with ease, and Fang crashed into the ground, creating a dust explosion that filled the arena. The crowd erupted in cheers and shouts.
As the dust settled, a small crater was revealed where Fang's attack landed, with Fang in the center, his feet buried in the ground. The crowd laughed and cheered louder.
"Next time, Fang, you will hit him! Fang doesn't lose! Kid, you are a legend!" various fans shouted. "Hehe. Sorry," Fang smiled sheepishly, scratching his cheek. Togiri shook his head and shifted his stance to resume battle.
"You always make it flashy, when fighting is actually about winning and not being cool," Togiri remarked, making a hand gesture inviting Fang to attack.
Fang pulled his feet from the ground, throwing a boulder and following up with a kick.
Togiri ducked under the boulder, caught Fang's kick, and grabbed his other foot. With a swift motion, Togiri threw Fang to the ground.
Fang caught himself with his hands, piercing his fingers into the cement. Twisting his upper body and kicking, he tried to escape Togiri's grip, but couldn't.
Togiri leaped into the air, holding Fang like a stretch band. With one arm and one leg held, Togiri's foot stretched out and slammed into Fang's stomach, driving both of them into the ground.
Fang lied on the floor, coughing and breathing heavily. Some fans groaned while others cheered Togiri's vicious fighting style.
"Come on! Didn't you say you were gonna beat me?" Togiri laughed, when suddenly a punch flew at him, sending him dozens of meters flying. Togiri crashed into the wall, the referee announcing the clean hit.
Togiri smirked, spitting blood onto the floor. He quickly freed himself from the wall and jumped back onto the podium.
A brutal brawl ensued. Dozens of punches were thrown, neither blocking, only dodging or striking harder.
The ground became bloody, and the fight intensified. Fans watched, barely able to follow their movements as Togiri and Fang grew faster.
They started blocking punches with punches, the impacts sounding like rocks clashing.
Suddenly, both fighters jumped backward, panting, but smiling at each other. The crowd went wild, the arena trembling from the spectators' stomping and cheering.
One audience member turned to another, "This is why I never miss their fights. Their matches are always spectacular. I love those kids. Best friends and rivals! A legendary duo!"
"I agree! Their fight is ludicrous!" the other responded, refocusing on the fight.
"You became stronger again," Fang said, giving Togiri a thumbs up.
"You too! Hmpf...Fang, I have a new technique. If you don't dodge, you could die." Togiri concentrated on his fist, using multiple Nen techniques at once.
"This technique is called KO. If an ordinary attack with Nen can kill a non-Nen fighter, this can kill a Nen fighter if they don't have their Ken up."
KO was the most destructive and difficult technique to use in Nen, a last resort due to its overwhelming weaknesses and killing power.
Togiri leaped high into the air, focusing all his power on his right fist. He landed far from Fang but punched the ground with all his might. *BOOM* The arena shook as if hit by an earthquake.
The explosion sent dust and debris flying, even hitting fans in the front rows. Minutes passed before the dust settled, revealing Togiri standing alone on the barely intact podium.
Togiri bled from multiple wounds, while Fang, with only a few bruises, was outside the arena.
"....." The room was silent, save for the injured groans of a few fans.
"I give up!"
"AND THE WINNER IS TOGIRI!" The arena's silence was shattered by the deafening cheers. Togiri clutched his ears, overwhelmed by the noise. Fang jumped over to him.
"What was that? A new Nen technique? This was insane! Why didn't you teach me? Also, why did you fight so seriously? Didn't you say that we would fight without any Nen today except Ten?" said Fang while smiling.
"Haha. It's too dangerous to learn it, but the reason I learned it, used it and also fought seriously is, because if we want to stop the extortion of the shops we need to be ready and serious," said Togiri determined, but his expression quickly softened.
"Great fight!" Togiri smiled and fist-bumped Fang. They just fought each other bloody but were back to being best friends again.
Togiri and Fang are very identical in strength even though Fang's talent was way higher than his.
The reason why Togiri could compete with Fang was not, because of his experience gained from simulation fights, his intellect, strategy, or something else, but his work ethic.
Fang trained 5 to 6 hours a day together with Togiri after Fang finished school. Togiri already graduated with a couple of tests and Fang too with tutoring from him, but Togiri proposed that he should still go to school with kids his age until they take the Hunter Exam.
Togiri was still working as a blacksmith even though he already earned billions. He was at first helping Fang's dad out, relaxing and training.
One day Togiri discovered that meditating while hitting the steel in a specific rhythm had a much greater effect than normal meditation.
Multitasking by doing Blacksmithing while meditating already became second nature to him. He did both for years and subconsciously did it for a few months before he knew what he was doing.
He trained almost 20 hours every single day. Every night he used medication that could knock out elephants and hit his pressure points to fall asleep.
Even in his sleep, he couldn't rest because he was plagued by dreams of him getting killed and his loved ones dying even though he doesn't remember them, he remebers what they meant to him in that moment.
Without Seven's help in regulating his sleep, making him recover double the sleep, Togiri couldn't train as hard.
His 3-4 hours of sleep recovered him like 6-8 hours. This also increased his growth rate immensely, but Togiri trained to keep his Ten up while sleeping, slowly his aging process.
Over the years he calmed a little down and while training could even read and enjoy books again, but his feeling of hate, guilt, rage and despair didn't change and only intesified.
It all started with Togiri loving stories so much that he wrote reviews to express himself.
That way he accumulated enough existence points to be noticed by the transcendental beings that started to play with him.
---------------------
Late at night, only the crickets could be heard and two boys were talking before their sleep.
"Togiri do you really wanna do it tomorrow on your birthday?" asked Fang worried.
"Yes, it's a better alibi that way. We will finish it at the night, after the celebration. Now come on, sleep." Togiri injected himself with a tranquilliser.
