Anna took a deep breath, still surprised by what had happened, as Paul and David ran towards her with wide smiles on their faces.
"Wow, Anna! That was amazing!" Paul exclaimed, his eyes still wide with surprise.
David nodded enthusiastically.
"Yeah! We never thought you could move like that! I thought that guy was going to beat you."
The silver-haired boy, the one who had tried to dodge her but was caught off guard by her unexpected skill, stepped forward, brushing the dust off his clothes with a genuine smile.
"Good game. I'm Ethan, by the way," he said, extending a hand towards Anna.
'Oh right, we never introduced ourselves,' Anna thought, realizing that at no point had she said or even thought about Ethan's name.
"Anna," she replied with a smile, shaking his hand.
There was something about Ethan that caught her attention, although she couldn't quite put her finger on what it was.
